    And there's nothing in that 'loyalty reward' that states you will be first wave closed beta (more likely last or 2nd to the last wave before open beta, I bet.)

    Hmm. I would have expected it to tell us that access was limited rather than give a database error.

  5. I think I've figured out the reason that all the White Dwarves and Bright Novas are painted 'black' in the Imperious Task/Strike force, but it would be nice for confirmation.

    I believe it's actually a bit of a technical limitation (then) in the faction settings. From what I can gather, the Nictus in the past are all supposed to be only Dark Dwarves, Bright Novas and the Crystals way back when.

    But the faction that it calls and maps in the spawns is just the (slightly tweaked) Nictus faction, which has the Peacebringer fanatics that don't want to reconcile with the Nictus.

    So that's a tech limit.

    Which reminds me, are WD/BNs actually part of the Nictus 'faction' or just using the tech to appear in spawns?

    It would make better sense that they are just randomly showing up to kill the 'pansy reconcilists' and the Warshades on principle and don't actually work with the Nictus themselves.

    They will not be in I16 at release. They intend to extend customization to these powers as well, but they want to get the base powerset customization out to the players first.

    Is it? I have not heard a statement that EATs and VEATs will be getting the customization bling-out in the future, just not at i16.

    Single boss?

    Yeah, I wanted to spawn a Boss/EB to 'rescue' a named character, but the ambush won't allow for one mob to spawn.

    So right now it comically spawns 3 Elite Bosses. :/

    That's probably partly it, but I think they were closer, as i15 was a bit lighter than previous issues.

    And they threw me off by not cleaning up i15 forums. It's usually *weeks* after those are gone, but if they are switching to the new forum software... they sorta pulled a fast one.

    Actually, I think the best slotting I ever did was only with Hami's because I could do ACC/MEZZ and HEAL/END. It was like 3/2 with one extra recharge so DS was up regularly. +100 ACC, +100% Mezz (Hold and Entangle), +66% Heal and -45% End.

    Set IOs can't enhance Dark Servant like that. In fact, Dark Servant is such a Jack of All, Master of Nothing... that Set IOs are probably the last thing you want to put into Dark Servant.

    Sadly, they would probably need to create a specific pet IO just for Dark Servant because of all it does.

    Um, excuse me?

    While Dark Servant does not take damage, it is not permanent until killed. Which means it actually does need to be up faster than it recharges normally at times.

    I really wonder if the developers just hate Dark Miasma on general principle.

    My peacebringer *was* going to be amped up to sunlight (yellowish) and fairly bright so my Peacebringer could stand out against Nictus White Dwarf and Bright Novas.

    Alas and alack, Kheldians are getting a bit of a shaft and will just have to be 'part of the crowd' in the ITF.
  13. Actually, it really makes you hard to stand out in a crowd of Nictus. Especially in the ITF. I know I've gone "oh, that's not our Kheldian."

    They really *need* it more than other ATs, IMO.
  14. From what I can tell, very much ready to go live with this patch.

    Only "bug" I could find is that the costume change emotes don't properly finish if you change just scale, but not body. Not game breaking, but an annoying thing to fix eventually.

    Ex: I change Gitanica from 8'2" to 3'8", modifying all my sliders. When I do Evil Laugh or Salute, the animations are 'cut off' in the new size. So I'll be mid-animation with arms up and suddenly in normal repose stand in the new size-costume.
  15. I bet that this latest patch might have some 'sneak fixes' for the SG body-change issue. If that's the case, it'll probably be available after the latest patch goes live.

    A version of Jurassik is encountered in a cave during Numina's Task Force and although it is de-powered to mere monster status, I believe that it is scaled the same as the giant monster version. All a long way to say that if the devs can put giant-sized critters in their indoor missions, then I'd like to be able to do it as well.

    If doing so causes something map-breaking or creates an exploit, then I would definitely want to see the kinks worked out first. However, if the problem is merely one of clipping, then I say allow it and let the system work as designed. I know that I'd probably one-star even a decent story arc if a creator were so foolish as to place a GM in small room where it just couldn't realistically fit.

    There is no Tier 4.

    There is the 1st Tier (Where you can pick two powers).

    Then there is 2nd Tier, which requires that you have one of the 1st Tier powers and 12th level.

    There there is the 3rd Tier, which requires 2 powers of 1st and 2nd Tier and 20th level.

    So I'm not exactly sure how this unlock works. Does the badge allow you to unlock 2nd Tier and 6th level along with 1st Tier travel powers? And then you can get 3rd Tier at 12th Level?
  22. Yeah, but any changes like this will be years down the road when they datamine why PBs still have problems. Then they'll *finally* implement it or something that does a very similar 'fix'.
