Fine if we're gonna get rid of stuff just because a few people find them annoying then we can get rid of Speed Boost as well. From what I've seen on the forums more people find that power annoying than the temp power recipe drops.

The prices are fine. Nothing needs to be changed. The ability to cherry pick your recipes comes with a cost.

If you think getting your account banned for using RMT sites is beneficial I won't argue. I will agree that the inf will last you the rest of the life of the account. That lifetime being the amount of time it takes for the ban hammer to drop. I suppose you could get started on a new toon on a new account as long as you don't get caught trying to circumvent the ban, but you'll be starting broke from scratch.

The devs have done that already. The current system we have is fine and doesn't need to be changed just because you don't like it.

No. The devs never said merging the markets would be impossible. They said that the vast disparity of available wealth between the two factions made merging the markets unfair to the players playing villains. So they weren't going to do it until they found a way to balance available wealth.

By your own admission the majority of people aren't having the problems you are. That seems to indicate the problem isn't with the game.

No you aren't. I do neither and I have had no problems getting the enhancements I want.

There's one of your problems with perception. You don't get to see what the prices are on the market. The market only shows you what the highest bids were. Many of us make a point of selling our stuff for 1 inf. You can't underbid us. You can only match us.

It is. It's only as complicated as you make it. If you keep having to pull stuff off the market and lower your price then YOU are asking to much for it. Stop being greedy and learn from your mistakes.

Hey I don't. I haven't used the AE after the first month it was released. Haven't done a TF in over a year. I just play twice a week for a 2-3 hours. Yet I still get enough to buy what I want.

No ones forcing you to use anything. I have many characters that only use SO's and they have not suffered for it. No one even knows they don't use IO's.

The problem you are perceiving is one you made up for yourself.

This is an example of trolling. Storm is blatantly lying about what both the devs and players said about the examples he listed.

Not once did the devs ever say that they would never merge the markets, allow sharing of items in co-op, etc. What they actually said was that they would require a lot of work and would take a long time to implement so we shouldn't expect them any time soon. The people here on the forums merely repeated what they said.

It's the same thing they said about power customization, side switching, emailing inf/loot, weapon customization, power proliferation, fixing PvP, Base love.

Off the top of my head I can only think of three things they devs ever flat out told us would never happen.

1. Full Respecs
2. Allowing us to pull more than 10 enhancements off a build during a respec.
3. Making Stamina inherent.

No. In their minds they win in either case. If they get an angry response they've won in p***ing you off. If you stop posting they win because they successfully drove you out of the thread.

The only way they lose is when they can't get you mad at them. Some can handle losing and some can't. The ones that can't inevitably self destruct. Remember City-Life, Shiverwraith, and KittyCrusader?

I just never thought of it as a real zone. Just like I don't think of Pocket D, or the Midnighters club as zones. But that's just me. I'm crazy.

The funny thing about his claim about our attitude is that we have Star Trek Online players that prefer asking for help for that game over here because we are so much nicer and helpful than anything they get on the STO forums.

My global chat is set up in a similar fashion, since the people there are the only ones I care about informing what I'm playing.

Ouroborus isn't a hazard zone. There is nothing dangerous in the zone. No enemy NPC's or GM's. Only access to the flashback system. It's more like a level restricted AE building, except instead of player created content you can access official content.

You have to buy the EU version of the game.


We've been begging the devs to merge the server lists so the NA and EU players can intermingle for years but the French are being rude and snobbish about playing with Americans and generally dragging their feet about it.


Edit: yeah you can create an EU trial too.

I didn't say the AE edition was on sale for that price. I said you can find various editions on sale for less.

Ya just gotta scroll past the featured merchants and read the listings under "New" and of course read the fine print. I wouldn't buy any software that didn't say factory sealed or new in original shrink wrap.
