Ouroborus still requires you to be 25 before you can use the portal to get there.
Cimerora still requires you to be 35 and having unlocked access to it.
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
The Hive and The Abyss are still level 45+.

Sidebar worth noting...you can get into RWZ at level 1 now, and if you're trying for the day job, the bar will fill up. Unfortunately, once the bar is filled it doesn't complete. You have to hit 35 for that. I think that may be the only one like that, but I'm not sure.
