Does anyone else use spreadsheets to track their investments? Or the market prices?

About every few days, I log in and record the avg price for a number of lvl 50 recipies and crafted enhancements. My spreadsheet then calculates the delta minus 10% for listing, 500k for crafting and about 1M for salvage .... Viola! I know which recipies I should go for.

Anyone use something more complex?

You have to find something where the recipe is 55K or less, the salvage is under 100K, and the crafting cost is 450K, and the crafted item goes for 5 million or more.

That's 4 million profit each. You have close to 20 slots. Throw up ten, get ingredients for ten more, and THEN go farm.

I'm going to give you a number of hints:
1) There were at least three different recipes like that last night.
2) They were Level 50.
3) They were Yellow.
4) One was ranged, one was melee, and one was a heal.

Yes, because it's so hard to figure out what those "exit to <zone>" markers on the map are.... I don't see helping willful ignorance. If someone isn't willing to do the minimal work needed to figure out the basics of the game themselves, I say let them flounder...

It just seems like a massive inequality that I can power-level to atleast what level 10 in the blueside sewers and have to fight my booty off to get to lvl 2 in redville ...

I do gold rolls in the 30-34 range. It's gambling, so you can get good stuff and you can get bad stuff. Usually my luck isn't that great, but this week I got a Miracle +recov and a Numina +regen/recov, so that was about 70m redside and 40m blueside for me to spend.

The downside is that when you get something crappy, you just wasted 3500 tickets.

Please for the love of all that is not holy (redside) ... someone please tell me a way to get my redside villians up past lvl 2! Where is the sewers on the redside? Is this some kind of sick joke? I can't walk 5 feet without coming across a purple! Have I completely missed something here or is Red-town the place to go to have your ego deflated?

Just my observation that when I checked the prices this AM they all fell off a cliff. Might be a good time to stock up and unload later in the week ...

I think you may have to high of hopes for Going Rogue. I really doubt it will allow you to make a full transition to the other side but will instead place you in an alternate version with limiations ... but what do I know? I haven't seen anything to say one way or the other, I'm just keep my expectations low.

So why ARE the markets seperate? I mean isn't a regenerating flesh a regenerating flesh?
