I think you're very confused. Time zone is set in your user options.
-
CST is GMT -5 or GMT -6, depending on daylight savings. Why would it be at -8?

Quote:funny. I got an oily black smoke from them when running. Actually filed a couple /bugs on it till I was told it supposed to activate while running.Quote:Any time the character's feet leave the ground/touch again, they do a dust shockwave thing. This looks good with superjump or other such powers...it looks a bit odd when the character runs over uneven terrain and run from one plane to another that is inches below.

Yes, because there's nothing to do in Grandville.
You can't do anything to the Flier while it's in transit from the top of the Grandville tower to its first drop point anyway. -
Don't forget the Holiday Respec you can buy with candy canes, and the Respec Recipe you can get as a drop (or off the market). And if you really need another respec now, and you've already used all your veteran respecs and trial respecs and your freespec and you can't afford a respec recipe and the winter event isn't going on, you can always get another respec for $10.

If you want the flier, you should group up in Grandville, not some other zone and only gather up once you see the message.
My villain badger got the badge for the flier on a duo, and my badger is a superspeeding Mastermind (really bad combo trying to reach a flying opponent in Grandville). -

What defines "technology"? If you want to avoid every form of technology, then the only natural human character you can make is a Mrtial Arts/Willpower/Body Mastery Scrapper. And the costume must be naked. Because all weapons and clothing are technology.

Manticore is a natural hero, and he uses Teleport

Whoa, Worlds only has one full-time employee? O.o
And he wanted to take on one of the largest (the largest? not sure) game publishing companies in Korea? -
Quote:Yeah, I was having trouble following the logic path in the original post and I was paging around while waiting for Witch Hunter Robin to buffer, so I just cut to the heart of the matter. We're both correct, actually.
FW said that the two are resisted in the same way, he never mentioned anything about being resisted by the base value (which isn't true, all the calculations are done using their current value, though the buffs/debuffs aren't cumulative) -

I can understand how you feel, F_M. I've got several characters who only have common IOs (I don't generally run with SOs any more simply because I get annoyed at replacing them every 5 levels, but I've got at least one lv50 who's still running on lv25 common IOs).
But, I do enjoy playing the min/max game, and Mids' helps me do that with less hassle
(Also, it'd be a little bit weird if someone on the Mids' team didn't use Mids')

Pretty sure the GMs were being spawned manually, too. Even aside from the fact that there was no patch and Ghost of Scrapyard doesn't spawn in Aeon City, I asked for Caleb and almost immediately had a Caleb dropped on my head
(Yay, HellBane badge on a super speed character!) -
Sounds interesting... not sure how well it'd play out, but it's interesting.

There's also a discussion on the Paragonwiki forum about expanding Pwiki's CCG coverage. -
Quote:GR Complete Edition is about the same cost as a brand new console game, and comes with a month of play time ($15 value). I don't think it's as big a deal as you think. From what I've heard, Going Rogue will require a license to the original game to work, which means that people who haven't played the game before will need to fork out $10 more for the complete collection. Doesn't sound like much, but that's still a barrier to someone that's not sold on the game (yet).

Mids' gives you all the information to account for what you're claiming people ignore. If they're ignoring it while using Mids' that's because they're ignoring it, not because they're using Mids'.
Also, plotting out IO builds to accomplish a specific goal without using Mids' gives me a headache. Doing it without pencil and paper or Excel or Notepad or something is nigh impossible. -
Yes. Resistance and Damage buffs and debuffs are tightly linked in the powers engine. They are resisted in the exact same way.

Quote:The only way you can see Rularuu the Ravager is by editing demo files. Por ejemplo.ah, i didn't even know there was a huge one like this. Is he just like a fragment of a cut screen or can you actually see him ingame somehow?
I hated doing mishes in the shard so I never really did more than one or two arcs and the tfs -

Quote:The game loads MNU files when the program starts up; it doesn't care if you're logged in or not, but if the program is running you'll have to close it first, before changes to the MNU take effect.I was logged out of the game while creating the files. Was I supposed to be logged in...create files...shut down game and then relaunch???
From your posts, I can't see that you've done anything wrong; even your file path looks correct. This is a bit of a puzzler
Stupid question, but... do you have a Test version of the client installed? If so, are you launching Test or Live, and is your MNU file in the Test or Live data directory? -
"Minion Master" is a fairly common build style for PvE Necromancers (and sometimes even Ritualists) in Guild Wars. Necromancers built as Minion Masters can easily sustain 10 minions, and a Necromancer with "Masochism" (requires the EotN expansion to learn, and costs HP to activate) can easily sustain 11. Ritualists can summon stationary spirits, but they generally have a very long range, and have a much wider array of abilities than the Necromancer minions. (Necromancer minions basically attack and die. Some have ranged attacks, and some spawn a different minion when they die, but that's really all they do. Spirits can also have fairly potent buffs, debuffs, and mezzes, and AFAIK their range is longer than any enemy.)

... Can't you just monitor your mez protection?
Mez protection powers are -mez, mez powers are +mez. I haven't bothered looking, so the combat attributes window may reverse that to make more sense to the average player, but in any case it would tell you how you're doing.
