YES YES YES YES THIS PLEASE. Lambda Sector trials are horrific for me.
  3. Memphis Bill nailed it. A "Hide unavailable pieces" button is just what we need.

This is a thing I'd love for Propel too, but it's a pipe dream...

Gimme Scirocco. I don't care that he looks a bit dead, that never bothered me when I played KotOR...

Yeah, I got told to stop using Propel because it has knockback once... when, surprise, I was only using it on targets that had knockback protection from my hold. There was no knockback happening from ANYONE.

Even though Ill never kill her. NEVER!
So fistbump her instead! Use Brawl!

...What? She doesn't have fists? Boy have I been doing it wrong.

Indeed not. On a random PUG I once mentioned in passing that I think Hugo Weaving is an extremely attractive man, and the response was not "Oh, you're female?" but "Oh, you're gay?"

Of course, I was on a male toon at the time...

I'm sure she wears a power suit* with giant 80s shoulder pads when she goes on TV, and (as far as public appearances are concerned) saves that dress for cocktail parties.

*the fabric kind, not the armor kind

Another good one to point out. Senestrus/Mordrogar is just an all-around good costume design, and his use of only player-available costume parts makes him (and the Paragon Heroes, Rogue Isles Villains, Faultline, and Fusionette) stand out to me as being analogous to player characters... which works extremely well with their behavior. Mordrogar's bio looks like something a player would write. Faultline and Fusionette gain levels, join Vanguard, and update their costumes. The other Heroes and Villains start to slip out of their original alignments. Because these are things that players do, it really helps these characters feel like "people," even though most of them don't have detailed story arcs behind them.

I think what I'm trying to say is that it's important to know when an NPC should look like a PC and when they shouldn't (see also: Black Swan and Sister Psyche in my first post here).

I'm sure he did look like that at the beginning of his career with Arachnos, but even if he still thinks he's a good guy, he sure ain't anymore, and it shows. Perhaps I feel this way due to my great love of Star Wars and the KotOR games, especially the second one: I actually played that character (romantic hero gone horribly wrong in his quest to exterminate evil) and have thus gotten rather used to such a man looking like he's been dead for a week.

Don't forget his bizarre, beautiful, and interesting weapon.

If I had to pick a favorite, Nemesis would be it, hands down. I think he's the best designed signature character in the game.
QFT. I confess I may have a bit of a crush; the mad science types always did do strange things to me in that way*.

*Except Dr. Vazhilok. He's neato as a character and I wish he'd show up once or twice in higher-level content, but the awesome meatmech is much too smelly.

I went back and added more into my post.
  15. The Circle of Thorns. As they are now, not as they are in the teaser screenshots. Those mantles and hats are so cool. Libri Vermis is especially good - that he alone wears tights gives him a lot of personality and induces me to think of him as his own character, despite that he only appears in one fight in one mission.

Sister Psyche needs an update, because she has zero signature costume pieces. Ditto Black Swan in her current incarnation (giving her back the blueish tint and feathered hairpins she had before, and replacing the veteran wings with her old feathered mantle, would be perfect).

Primal Earth's Vanessa DeVore has always been a favorite. I was disappointed when Praetorian Vanessa didn't have the big frill in back.

I disagree with Arilou on the subject of Scirocco. He is visually my favorite of the Arachnos bigwigs. Yes, he looks a little dead, but how is that not a good thing?

If this happens, I might actually consider rerolling my time-themed Grav/ Controller. Currently I doubt I will, because I enjoy my /Kin perpetual motion machine too much.
  20. I have an Elec/Fire dom who faceplants like anything. What could I be doing wrong, if Elec/ is as powerful as people say it is? Bear in mind that she is level 15, so I might not have some really important thing yet. Either way I assume that the problem is just that I don't know what I'm doing.
  21. FlashToo

    ... what.

I got Praetorian Clockwork once. Before GR came out.
  22. You could use the popmenu command to pull up a custom menu with "togle off" and "toggle on." That would save you from searching through the whole Options window.

One of my SG officers has a Kinetic Melee character with attacks colored a light, transparent blue with the Fairy Dust combat aura colored the same so her fists look like they drip and splash when she attacks. Some of the effects for Energy Aura also could look pretty watery if colored right, I imagine.
  24. Two of my characters were inspired by, of all things, creepypasta.

    Suddenly, I felt a little older. .
That's the Hour Thief, a Grav/Kin controller. The other, Cordycepsis the Mind/Thorns dom, is somewhat longer, so I will link rather than quote.
  25. Voiceovers are one of the many reasons I play Morrowind and not Oblivion.

Though honestly... I did kind of like the cutsceneish god-voices (especially how reasonable Dagoth Ur sounded!) so if they put them in cutscenes only I'd probably be okay, but only if they take the trouble to make the speakers' mouths move (barring Carnies, Clockwork, and other characters without visible/functional mouths).
