Oh just looked at the chart in game and looks like the very rares can be crafted from any 2 rares. I didn't notice the scrollbar. So the diagram in game isn't perfect.

The diagram shows that in order to get the very rare you need the two above it on either side of the branch. However what you really need are the 2 rare partials.

The diagram is accurate in game.

No no no, it's completing the weekly strike target 50 times over time. If it takes you a year to do, it takes you a year to do. The strike target changes every Tuesday. You can do 4 STFs, 3 RSFs and 43 ITFs assuming you do the ITF when it's the strike target.

40-47 level pacted (fire/dark corr and bots/bubbles). IO'd out the fire/dark for softcapped ranged defense.
3-25ish on a broadsword/regen stalker I'm not sure I'll like

Don't cut it short there Matty McTwinkletoes. People will catch up easily enough and people will join late and people will miss certain days, so on and so forth. You'll never be able to keep all of those people near the same level so it's not even worth trying. Just let the teams run and everything else will fall into place.

I'm really suprised a certain group hasn't chimed in here yet. They must be pre-occupied with all that PL-ing they've been doing. Those darn PL-ers! They're runing the game! THEY'RE RUINING THE GAME!!!

Why isn't lowering the ATI driver version to 10.9 an option for you Hy-Beams? That is the solution.

Same thing happened to someone else. It appears they released a patch early and some people got the bad download. They've done this before and it has caused all sorts of login problems.

Sometimes relogging in will grab the proper patch and fix the files / revert the patch.

You can bypass the whole patch process if you have the latest and greatest version:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\City of Heroes\CityOfHeroes.exe" -project coh

Just revert it back to using CohUpdater.exe when there is a patch or create two icons, one caled CityofHeroes and another called CityofHeroes Bypass.

He tried logging into a different toon, no issues and was able to zone into a mission. I can't imagine a firewall would block you from certain missions once you're already logged into the game. And we all play several hours a week, this is only the second time I recall something like this happening to him.

This has also happened before on an ITF to him and to someone else I play with (at different times). Completely locked out of one mission but once the mission is over, they're able to zone into the next one.

It doesn't make sense but the fact that I was able to login as him and zone in fine seems to mean it is router, IP or ISP specific.

This is a weird problem. Last mission of a Barracuda and my friend wasn't able to zone into the mission. He tried re-logigng multiple times and if he waited long enough it would show him the inside of the map and it would say disconnected from mapserver (or something to that effect). The others in the mission never saw him as zoned in.

He tried from both his desktop and his laptop, he also did a flushdns just in case.

The weird thing is that I was able to login as his stuck toon and actually zone into the mision. After I was successful with it he tried again and again couldn't zone into the mission.

I ended up playing his toon and mine on the last mission of the Barracuda but I'd think that if he wasn't able to login I shouldn't have been able to either.

Is there anything anyone's aware of that's tied to an ISP or an IP address? He has FIOS and I have Comcast if that's at all important.
