Well since we've now got side-swapping and Ouroboros, I don't see any reason why any archtype can't experience all available content.
  2. C'mon! Seriously?!

I actually liked it a lot.
    Laugh out loud stuff there.
  3. I'm waiting to see how it's actually going to happen.
  4. I'd toyed with an alternative group to Ouroboros, the Never Patrol.

Didn't go anywhere beyond the name though.
I'd join one, but I lack the dedication to a single character to actually lead.

Was the original post simply a set-up for this pun?
  6. Tankers. The one thing that I've never gotten beyond 20.

And defenders. Never made it beyond 30.

And in third place for inability to play: Stalkers.
I had a level 20-something ma/sr stalker and encountered a mission full of spectral spirits.
    I'm still not fully recovered.

This. Comfortable chairs and low tables, and a half-decent view out of the windows.
The lighting's pretty good as well.

  9. I...I care a little bit.

    Good for you.
  10. Either a earth/stone dominator hero, a mind/psi dominator seer or a fire/traps corruptor resistance member.

    Scratch that.
Don't you just HATE it when you want to make a character but don't actually feel like it?
  11. Yes.
I had to take time off the week before the 17th, so I ended up grabbing a couple of days extra.
  12. I'm always interested in this sort of thing and I'd likely bring a claws/sr brute.

I also like the name Dark Operations, but it'd have to be Sunday for me, as the rest of the time I'd be working.
  13. She could be a warshade.

And at a stretch, the blaster's devices could be considered similar to the mastermind's traps. But not identical by any definition.

The main question is: If that SS tank/brute was on one of the missions with Ohmtown...

...would that be Freak on a Leash?
  15. I was figuring it was because the MM was a speed demon.

Basically, start again from scratch. It will be quicker to fix it that way.
And get something else other than assault rifle and something else other than devices.

You can't have both pvp and pve on the same character.
Just make a pvp character and take it into pve.

That's one of the reasons why we have dual builds.

Whales are GORGEOUS! They've got some serious curves on them.
  18. Well, if you absolutely MUST take an AR/dev into PvP, here's a build I did for both pve and pvp.

It's got good recharge, some +damage and +accuracy and decent perception.
But if you're serious about going into PvP with your ar/dev, I'd grab Cold Mastery instead for Hoarfrost and Hibernate.

  19. I don't hide because I prefer that people have an accurate view of the number of people online.

And also because I haven't had repeated blind invites and I like the opportunity to receive team invitations.
  20. Or a battle ATOP a giant monster, as the landscape passes by.

Also, for reference: Giant Monster Size Chart. Miss Liberty is on the far left as a regular size player character equivalent.
  21. If it helps, I'd actually made an energy/energy blaster who had the stealth pool and a stealth IO.

She would creep up fairly close, build-up and take out one target with the snipe, and the next with power burst.

But for sneaking about and checking out a situation before attacking, devices all the way. It's practically designed for a careful, methodical playstyle.
Move about with cloaking device, prepare the area of combat with caltrops, trip mines, etc, then launch your attack.
  22. I tossed in a short summary of a dream that I'd written down one morning after waking up, apparently I wrote it like David Foster Wallace

The introduction from a round of an rp tournament from the battleon forums that I'd judged: James Joyce
But after I included the reminder of the rules that I'd included, the order of combat, and the description of the area of combat I got marked down as: James Fenimore Cooper
