That doesn't exactly work that well if you're supressed.

Fly could maybe do with a little bit more speed, but it's the slowest of the travel powers because it's the safest and most flexible.

Thing about SS is that it's only "that good" on a Brute. I can see them maybe lowering how many you can hit with Foot Stomp, but other than that I'd say the set was pretty balanced.

Caging something again after it's worn off is hardly stacking...

A Dash To Target system could, in theory, go a long way to improving the viability of Melee AT's in PvP.

You can definitely cage some, not sure about all, though. Make sure you tell your team, though.

Oh, and no, it won't stack. If you manage to fire it off again while your target's still caged you'll get "Unaffacted" popping up.

I don't really see it as ignoring, as such. Sure we could do with a bit more posting here but almost all Dev interactin would be doubling up on what's already said in the US. You'd be pretty much doubling the workload for them forum interaction wise for almost no new information.

Some nerfs are needed, you realise this right?

If Set A outperforms everything else by a good margin it's much, much better to change that set than bring everything else up to it.

We have much better communication about what changes are being made, when, to what and when we can expect them than we ever did back in the day. Not only do we get a chance to level feedback and criticism but said input is taken on board.

Aye, Hover, Maneuvers and CJ are Def All so they'll stack up with Frozen Armor. Just updated my Mid's and had a quick look, with Frozen Armor you'll get 28% S/L defense and you can put the +Def Unique IO in there too. You'll still have 16.4% Ranged, 13.9% Melee and 19.5% AoE. The higher S/L Def will give you better mitigation vs the majority of damage in the later levels as a lot of it will have at least partial Smashing or Lethal portions.

With IO's and Accolades you can easily take a Blaster to the cap with just over 1600 HP. A Scrapper's Base HP is 1339, a Blaster's is 1205. There's not a huge amount of difference there.

IMO there's not much point going for Defense if you're not going the way of the Cold Mastery APP.

BTW - What version of Mids' are you using, I can't seem to copy your build in to mine.

Big hitters like Blaze and Bitter Ice Blast are likely going to change animation wise for Blasters and I can see Willpower being somewhat toned down in terms of overall effectiveness.

I don't really see a change to SS coming, at least not any time soon. As for Regen, ehh. It's a funny set, I guess they might up the recharge on Reconstruction a bit.

Maybe, anyway. It's just speculation but with the recent ET change and considering this post by BAB I think it's probably coming.

It'd certainly be one way to scale down how effective these two sets are compared to others in PvP without hurting them too much in overall DPS. I don't mind the animations being increased, but we'll get stuck with extra rooting as well if it happens.

This would be pretty damn handy if you've got a lot of enhancements kicking around the base, so yes please.

You mention briefly if the powers are good but give little detail at all to what they do or how they can be used, that in my mind makes this a bad guide.

You're giving no tangible information that will aid someone when it comes to actual gameplay.

In my opinion you should at least let people know the basics of the powers, you don't even mention that PA aren't Perma for instance or that the damage is illusory.

Yeah the thing is - a Peacebringer has two self heals, a self res and better all round damage resistance over a Blaster. That'll be why it does less damage.

Well seeing that Total Focus is now a Mag3 Stun imagine my surprise when checking out some numbers using the in game data that the Blaster version still has a Mag 4 Stun listed.

Text error or has it fallen off the list?
