My goal was to create a bind for my fire/shield scrapper that would combine all my inspirations (sans green and blue) into reds, and pop them. I wanted to set it to my Numpad 0 key. Right now this is the best I can come up wit.
/bind numpad 1, $$inspcombine luck enrage$$inspcombine insight enrage$$inspcombine break_free enrage$$inspcombine awaken enrage$$inspcombine sturdy enrage
/bind numpad2, $$inspcombine good_luck focused_rage$$inspcombine rugged focused_rage$$inspcombine bounce_back focused_rage$$inspcombine emerge focused_rage$$inspcombine keen_insight focused_rage
/bind numpad0, $$inspexec_name enrage focused rage
I can't get it to work. If anyone is really expierenced with binds and knows how to make this happen it would be much appreciated. Also I would prefer if just clicking Numpad 0 did all this but it was too much text.
Thanx in advance. -
Got two purples doing Ouros arcs on my brute. Got zilch farming on my brothers fire/kin.

I am currently running up a fire/shield/blaze with the hope that it will be around lvl 40 when i16 hits. I can only fit 3 ST attacks from fire/ in my build, firesword is a non-option to give up. So between cremate, Incinerate and GFS, which should I give up. I do not plan on exemping much and if I do I can always use SO'd second build to be more low-level friendly, if we choose against cremate. I plan on having fireblast, which can be used as a stand-in for the missing 4th ST attack.
-
Hmm, it looks to give that unenhanced, well I guess now I can free up some slots
.

Something I noticed on the new Mids, when Phalanx Fighting is on it is always giving 3.75 defense to all. So some of the builds that appear to be softcapped may not be.

Another attempt after looking at some of what you did.

This is what I came up with, the only thing not softcapped is aoe which is .4% off. It also has 71.3% recharge before hasten. It has no travel power, but I dont feel I really need one.

There are a few vids up from Comic Con, one of which shows some of (all of?) the powers from Earth Assault. Mud Pots!? Really?

From earlier in the thread, and confirmed by other CC attendees:
1. Stone Spears (4 sec rech, 2.1 sec animation)
2. Stone Mallet
3. Tremor
4. Hurl Boulder (8 or 10 sec rech, 2.5 sec animation)
5. Power Boost
6. Heavy Mallet
7. Seismic Smash
8. Mud Port
9. Fissure

Im already thinking of concepts for a fire/earth/dark -
Now compare rage to blinding feint and follow up. Which is overpowered?

So now that we know we are getting claws for brutes, can we start speculating on changes to the set?

Castle will make shockwave KD instead of KB, follow up will have its damage increased to compensate for brutes lower damage mod....
Just woke up sorry. -
I decided its time for me to try something new in this game. Soloing AV's seems to be a new fun challenge.
This is the build I came up with. It's running a little short on the smite, SL, smite, MG, (repeat) attack chain. I assume that the difference will not be noticeable. Take out the Steadfast res/end and replace it with the PVP +def IO. I plan on using this build for a lot of teaming and not just for soloing AV's, which is why Grant Cover is still in the build, I don't plan on running that or tough during AV battles. Let me know you think. (Yes I know the build is hugely expensive).

Unless you are specifically seeking AV's or pvp then benumb is probably the most skippable power - especially for a troller.

Benumb is IMO one of the main reasons to play /cold. -
[/ QUOTE ]Better yet, I invite you to join in one of Smurphy's Fallout-friendly ITFs, the best part about that is that we're available on Freedom, Virtue, or Justice

Do we really want to scare him that much? -
op, if you happen to have a 35+ scrapper on freedom I invite you to one of my buffer overrun itfs and we will how strong you think your scrapper is after that. Send me a pm to @enots
-
You can farm the Fab with an AFK mastermind, and anywhere in game where baddies tend to come out of doors. Just sayin...
-
While your build is good infiniti, I was planning on him being a hoverer so that I could stay at range.
I guess the main idea for this build was that because mind has very few hard controls, instead of sleeping and single targeting to death, I would use the fear and be able to aoe much more effectively.
I am thinking that 30% defense to recharge and aoe would probably be more rounded, allowing for team buffs to cap me. This would also probably let me throw alot more recharge into my build. -
I was even considering putting a positrons set in fire breath, because its cheaper and I could also get a little more range out of the cone, keeping me safer.
-
Thank you for your input.
Talen, would being a hoverer keep it at range as well as an immob?
Starsman, I shouldn't have to worry much about melee except when im using combustion or consume, I just don't know how high I could be and make combustion still work, any insight would be appreciated. -
With the new changes to dominators I'm rolling up a mind/fire. I would like to use it for the LRSF as a sleeper, so it has to be perma. I also wanted to squeeze as much ranged defense as I could. I came up with 44.4% ranged defense and 80% recharge before hasten. Yes I know it will be hugely expensive, but I believe it will be worth it. Let me know of any changes that could help me, or anyway I'm gimping myself. The empty spot is for the res/def unique from PVP.
