It doesn't exist. Its not a valid tactic.
TP foe gives an untouchable status effect for a couple seconds after its cast - which is why you can't TP foe and AS anymore. Why is it then I can be TP foed into a drone and die instantly? Seems bugged to me
But then again, I'm not up-to-speed on tactics used by noobs, so I could be completely mistaken. -

The very reason that stalkers were nerfed to begin with was that it was unreasonable for a single AT to simultaneously enjoy the extremes of being at/near the top in killing potential and at/near the top of evading defeat.
A change that gives them more in offensive potency should also increase the attendant risk.
They are the only AT that could be countered strictly by using the keys W,A,S,D and Space. The reason stalkers metrics were completely skewed was due to their ability to easily kill fiteclub watchers.
I personally think stalkers were probably at their most balanced state in i10. -

I believe the correct answer is "Nothing" - Are there any consequences listed to any of the rules?
For example: Is there a consequence for playing someone in an official who is not on your roster? -

A question that needs answered is: What is the point of playing a defender? With DR, the extra 7-12% you get isn't really worth the damage reduction, lack of pets/controls that you get with controller or corruptors.

TBH, Once the PvP league is over, if there aren't free server transfers again anytime soon, I would probably not reup myself. I currently don't consider freedom my home server so the ability to move back to infinity after the PvP league ends would be nice. -
No that's just eran. He'd probably leech a raid his own SG led - but he probably wouldn't be totally worthless. I'm sure he'd let his team atleast get vengence off his corpse while he dual boxed a TF or something.

Here is what I would like to see in Halo: Reach
-A robust sandbox to help balance a large competitive/professional e-Sports scene
-This sandbox should include
-Map Editor
-Map Maker (better than whats offered in Halo 3)
-Weapon Customizer - Including Bullet spread, damage, distance, etc
-The standard gameplay should be use the innovation bungie is known for. Halo 2 and 3 tried to cater to many different niche markets, keeping intact legacy items that made the first game great, while sacrificing the need for a different system. Having a robust sandbox would allow for Bungie to make the game they want to make, while at the same time, allowing the competitive scene make the game balanced and fun to watch.
-A Long campaign that rounds out the halo story line nicely. -

So, in summary, the tier 1 web grenade and entangling arrow, are capable of indirectly causing extreme damage. At level 6, you can add air superiority. And at the same time, I do not believe there are any IO procs or effects that can reduce the amount of time effected.
I think there shouldn't be anything you can do solo that should negate -fly. It is what it is - same for minus jump. But, perhaps a buff to IR could be an acceptable change. -
