I would sounds like a different way of doing it. Of course the problem then is that if you create an arc where you are part of a special forces (vanguard/longbow/arachnos/rularuu etc) , that 3 published arcs wont be nowhere near enough.

Good luck with it though, sounds like it has the potential to be very good.

Anything! Ranging from simple cossie contests to pvp events to daredevil runs! We need them back!

In all seriousness where has all the random competitions and that gone? We need them back! Havent seen one announced on these forums for months!
US got like millions going away everyday! Has everybody EU side gotten selfish lately and using it for their own personal needs? We used to rock at competitions, lets bring them back baby yeah!

While at work or when im out walking somewhere i do tend to daydream (it passes the time! ) and now and then the topic "wonder what i'ld be like to discover you had superpowers in the real world today?".

So far everytime its ended up like this:

To be fair iv seen more and more people use it lately as a positive tool. Example supergroups have been using it as a way to mass address everybody of upcoming events/sg requirements to existing and new members.

It just has a bad reputation because of the occasional spammer we get via them.

EU side = one/maybe two a month

US side = one/two a day

Theyr going to MAKE the poor thing run? That poor thing!!!!!

I would guess that its organised into level ranges as ouroboros arcs are.

1 - 15
10 - 30
15 - 25
1 - 50
1 - 30
20 - 45

etc etc. Though a warning before starting the mission/arc stating that your powers are going to being exmp'd/sk'd up would be nice.

A person i used to work with used to go on and on and on and on about it and so after a few months after hearing nonstop CoX i decided to give it a go.

plant/emp controller, you'll have something for everything but slotting/powerchoices are a bit miffy. Got mine to level 23 atm and its GREAT for teamplay.

We are . . . . kind of. The majority of us (myself included) always treat new forum members/low post costs as new players to the game regardless of when they joined.

When i first joined up to the forums most of my views were ignored/taken as wrong (or noobish?) and were often shot down in flames. For people this can be seen as ignorant or "elitist" in that we only respond positively to posters we recognise and thus they'ld no longer read the forums.

They cant really advertise the forums anymore really can they, on the updater they have links that get you straight to the site/forums, so its really up to them end of day to come and check the latest news Of course it'ld still be better if for player events they could send out MoTD to that server.

With more detailed information on the MA now available, anybody had any more thoughts how to make a legend arc (or a couple of them in "honour" of the said person/people)?.

My thoughts is that for the pvp legends it'ld be nice to have to rescue them and then have them turn onto you (hostile hostages). Elite boss/Archvillains would be the most suited for this imo.

For the badgeking Sal, you could have him as your contact in search of his missing/rare badges that were stolen by XXXX group (custom group the "badge hunters"? oh think of own! ) and you have to go and retrieve them.

Bit confused on your question here. The end-of-mission completion bonus is exactly how it sounds like.

Mission A gives 200 xp, 200 inf and 200 prestige upon mission completion [without day job added bonus]

Mission B gives 250xp, 250 inf and 250 prestige upon mission completion [with day job bonus]

[Take away the rewards depending on which day job bonus you got obviously]

All that the badge does is increase the final "boost" of xp/inf/prestige that you get. Also as a side note remember that MA missions WONT benefit from these bonuses

In my opinion the bonus timer on these rewards are VERY low. At max charge you only have 2 hours to complete as many missions as possible to get the extra reward.

Yeah, but thats pretty much all the Flash can do, and in the grand scheme of things being able to reach the North Pole in 10 seconds is pretty useless, unless you have a pizza delivery job and Santa as a customer.
On the other hand being able to do all the cool stuff your character can do AND run at 100mph is pretty nifty!
Flight speed is pretty naff though.

Agreed, for day job temp powers to be worthwhile to go out of your way to get the reward, they need to increase the time the bonus stays with you a LOT.

For example the prestige bonus. How many missions can you complete in 2 hours (max allowed) to justify going out of your way to get to a base tper unless your a badger?
