Oh shenanigans, I might have to add more to this.

Quote:I've been away from the forums for a bit, but this is ridiculous. We just got used to hearing "NO, YOU ARE NOT THE SUPER USER, YOUR OPINION IS IRRELEVANT" from CS. Now we have the exact opposite.Big Red star or not, we still do due diligence to verify that the person is the actual SG Holder.
Personally, it feels like CS is just taking whichever route involves the least amount of work. "Are the the Super Leader? No? Sorry, only the Super Leader can make changes." Now it's, "You're the Super Leader? Sorry, we're worried about SG members." -

Hey, it's you!
Congrats to you, too. Congrats to you both, again! -

Aye, I saw from this thread that I was missing the party and logged on. I had indeed missed the party, as it was just Plas and I. I threw 2b inf. on the fire--but as I was standing there several characters displaying other "high-ranking" SG names kept visiting the registrar...

Quote:Wut?i have petitined the Goons for their bad names before and NOTHING EVER COME OF IT!!!!! they have names that trigger and insult and sicken and they never are banned! soon we find a GMis in the goons squad and SUPPORT their grief!
New policy. All petitions result in an in-game GM. I've reported spammers and had GMs show up, which is why I don't report spammers any more. -
Quote:People can't help but be pessimistic when people they know and love leave City. Since you don't trumpet every new hire, it's easy to perceive an imbalance.Plus, I'm still here, and plan to be here for the foreseeable future. It is my goal to lead the team that builds strong Communities for all of the games Paragon produces, including City of Heroes.
And as for you--it would be nice if we had an invested Community Manager that stuck around. -
Quote:There is no method to change it, currently--despite requests over the years. So self-report your SG as a name violation and see if they let you change it!
Also, I wouldn't report it as a violation, because now you're just making up problems for GMs to deal with. Don't fake an issue trying to get attention--at the very least, be polite, tell the truth, and ask nicely. -
Stupid Gabriel. Who goes "dutch" on a date? That's what that was, wasn't it?
-
Well it's fairly easy to just head over to SA and check the CoH thread. I called pre-emptive shenanigans earlier, and it looks like I was right.

Quote:I referenced Boscoe earlier. I can still hear him saying, "BOSCOE CAN'T HOLD BUILDING UP MUCH LONGER!"Hey Kosh, you mentioned Soviet Shadow, a while back. I'm pretty sure Sasha's still around. She has a character in a SG I'm in and that character's login is always pretty current.
Here's someone I miss. It was always fun when he came to stir things up in AP or in the D. For some reason, he'd always be the center of attention.
Sasha also still plays regularly. I'm in a SG with her. -
Well we did raise that old nut of, "What happens if we exceed the prestige cap in the game," when the 88s were founded. The game, now, has safeguards in place to protect things when the inf. cap is exceeded/approached. It might not have it for prestige. But then, theoretically, that would be about 2b prestige, wouldn't it?

Are we talking about SA Goons, or just a generic "goon squad." Also, when did the Hive become a PvP zone?
-
I've got dozens and dozens of these things, unused. This is mildly disappointing.
-
Or the one page of patch notes. But then, given the opportunity, I'd go with the wiki every time.
-
The special rules make it a completely different game. You go into a PvP zone and it's like the negaverse, or bizzarro Paragon. Heals kill, powers slow you down, etc.

The CoT stuff that should have been in the CoT costume pack. Following that, the CoL stuff that should have been in the CoL costume pack.
