I'm still interested, looks like we have a solid team.

Great list. I don't see anything there to really disagree with.

/e Clap. If anyone follows this advice id recommend a hero planner so they can see the benefit they'd really get from slotting things this way.

Is this a different workshop than where you place your workbenches? If not, 30K to put this stuff in isn't bad.
[/ QUOTE ]
My read on that is that the emp station/storage items take up the same "slot" as a workbench would, which is what I've been positing all along. So they'd need their own workroom.
[/ QUOTE ]
Empowerment Stations occupy the Empowerment slot, not a Workbench slot.

Thats great news but what is the size of it? -

So it's like those destroyable lab stations in the lab maps? The ones that give you a random buff when they're destroyed, and they last for like 3-5 minutes or something like that? Awesome!
Those were always helpful buffs!

Making an absolute statement like "Mayhem Missions are versus Longbow" based on a single screen shot is a stretch, to say the least.
From that screen shot, the most you can realistically say is that "IF that is a shot of a Mayhem Mission, then SOME of them will have Longbow in them."
[/ QUOTE ]
QFT - that is just an example of a group that might be in a Mayhem Mish.
Anyway, most of the mayhem missions will be in Oranbega...
*ducks*
JUST KIDDING! please don't hurt me...

Don't joke like that Cuppa, bad memories. 17 glowies in a giant oranbega map. /e shudder -

Does the Rez Ring work only in Base Raids, or is it designed to give you your own personal hospital during your PvE adventures?
[/ QUOTE ]
The Rez Ring (actual name is Resurrection Circle/Resuscitation Device) works all the time as long as it's got power and control. When you die, in addition to "go to hospital" you see "go to base", and the latter option takes you to your base hospital.
Yes, it works in PvE too. If you die in a mission or zone, you can rez in your base and when you zone out often you'll be right next to where you died, or the mission door. Of course, sometimes it drops you half-way across the zone, but what can you do?
The obvious HUGE benefit of the above is when you're in one of the hazard zones that still doesn't have a hospital.

The resuscitation device is amazing, in my opinion and here's why. The other day i was in the Hive going to one of Justice's Hami raids. Suddenly a giant group of swarms decide to attack me, and being a teleporter i sit there waiting for my death since i happened to land next to a bunch of monsters. I saw that little button thast said go to base (I'm very happy i put that rez machine in)., so i click it. I come back to life, zone back inot the hive closer to the staging rock with no aggro. I was very very happy. -
a billion dollars, but when the level 40-50 comes out for cov, probably just the satisfaction of having a 50 villain
-
or 3 to haver damn fast hover with very low endurance cost

how do you get into the underground thing, i cant find my way in (really bad searching skills)

Name: Antarctic Air
Shard: City of Villains/Justice
Overall Theme(s): Causing mass hypothermia in villains
Backstory: None
Group Make-up:
8 ice/kin corruptors
Combat Strategy and Power Combinations:
Key Powers: Speed Boost, Ice Bolt, Ice Blast, Bitter Ice blast, Siphon Power, Siphon Speed, Tactics, Assault, Maneuvers, Ice Storm, Blizzard, Fulcrum Shift, Increase Density, Freeze Ray
Tactics: 8 corruptors hopped up on 7 speed boosts each, and so many damage buffs it scares me run around as one unit slaughtering everything as a single unit. Powers would have their recharge timers reduced to practically nothing, and unlimited endurance. Ice storm recharge fast enough to be perma, and will do nuke level damage when i7 rolls around. This group would easily destroy a Hero, and would likely be extremely hard to be killed in PvP.
Possible Alternative Group Compostitions:
5 ice/kin
1 ice/ff
1 ice/traps
1 ice/sonic
(If anyone would be interested in actually making a Super Team like this with me please send a PM, the thought of this is making my mouth water, btw flexible on team composition, was just giving an example of a super team, though al corruptor would be preferred) -
WOW THATS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how'd ya do it if you don't mind me asking

just wondering does this mean that each additional percent of fury will add 2% damage or will it still go 10% fury = 20% more damage?
