  1. 1. melee or fire def is the way to go and soft cap if you can. i believe 32.5 is one purps worth but facing plus four i think the number is closer to 59% to cap.
    2. its nothing severe if you get the + end performance shifter in stamina you will use consume pretty often with haste and rage drops but you shouldn't have problems.
    3. on my cheap build i can can clear in about 8 given how that particular farm is set up.
  2. From all reports interface is passed down to pets therefore Phant gets it not clear on PA though. So yeah its worth it if only tier one but what to pick well that beats me its all personal preference.

  5. I would like to soft cap with decent recharge but so far i am way off. I have no mids skill but i did put together something just looking for places to get better. i cant afford all purples but i could swing one maybe two eventually.

    This is what i run it does require going villain and completing the patron arc.
    EDIT: i do agree you should roll something new as you will basically be learning a new game but if you just have inf and want to play THAT toon this will help as it is pretty cheap most expensive thing i had to buy was the miracle unique (good friends and lucky drops got me a LONG way).

    I don't have anything really against PvP in general, and dabble in it myself on a very casual basis, but I have zero interest in seeing my "home" overrun by the "hardcore PvP" crowd (and truthfully, it's the wanna-be-hardcore-PvPers that are the issue, a lot of the true PvPers want good competition, not the gankfest and uber-smack-talk that I fear would go with a designated server).
