From all reports interface is passed down to pets therefore Phant gets it not clear on PA though. So yeah its worth it if only tier one but what to pick well that beats me its all personal preference.
Interface is, imo, the best of the new iSlots. I really highly recommend getting it. My personal favorite is reactive as that DoT is epic, at least when you solo. But since you dont want reactive I believe one of them offers -dmg (or am i thinking of void?) maybe that would be nice, storm lacks that if i remember correctly. But the -regen would still be *okay.*

Any suggestions?
My initial thought was to get Diamagnetic for the -regen, since my power sets don't offer that debuff, but apparently it's heavily resisted. The resistance debuff also looks rather microscopic, and the fire DoT is counter to character concept.
Is it worth bothering with the Interface slot at all on characters that don't have a full attack chain?
