/Hell yes.
'Nuff said. -
DA/Stone will be almost prohibitively end heavy.
-
/Signed. Tenfold.
I think huge models need the hands to be the big glove size, by default, and then can get bigger.
Yes, I do realize this may cause clipping issues, but I think most are intelligent enough to not use HUGE gloves if they clip. -
Thanks. Unfortunatly, I already have a /kin corr, so AoE sapping it is.
-
I'm thinking Elec/Cold/Mu.
Anyone have a better Idea? -
I base my decisions on a 60/40 combo of Thematics/effectiveness while solo.
I'm not huge into teaming, and I like to be self sufficient.
Blaster:
Rad/Energy (The poms look so good when yellow/green)
Controller:
Earth/Sonic (Sonic waves breaking up sidewalk)
Illusion/Rad (Both sets colored gold to show futuristic tech for my ex Robo/FF)
Scrapper:
BS/Fire (Lots of damage, active defense, looks really good with Legacy chain costume)
Fire/Regen (My own brand of speedster)
Tank:
Shield/EM (Trying to scrank up a storm without being useless as a tank)
Brute:
DM/Elec (Void hunter. Static Shield looks like warshade wisps when purple.)
Stone/WP (Troll juggernaut)
Elec/Inv (AoE expert)
Claws/SR (Claws+Fury, had to try it.)
Dominators:
Fire/Stone (Lava Tsoo)
Stalker:
Spines/Nin
Corruptors:
Elec/Cold (Malta Sapper)
Arch/TA (Redneck Manhunter)
AR/Dark (Nemesis Clockwork General)
Dark/Storm (Skull/Egyptian sandblaster)
Fire/Traps (Skyraider General)
Sonic/Kin (Goldbricker Prince)
MM:
Robo/Therm (Therm died dark purple)
Thugs/poison (Vazhilok)
Ninja/FF (Another Tsoo)
Mercs/Pain (Nanomite covered soldier) -
I love this idea, but the only problem is that alot of tier-9's were designed with a sense of finality, and I have enough trouble picking powers after lvl 30.
-
I like to look like nemesis, but sometimes, I like to look like a different nemesis, because I'm nemesis.
*chews NemStaff* -
This is my take on an Arbiter Commander.
Arbiter Blood. I do have a version where the Boots and Shoulders are blood red to match the cape's red.
-
I've heard varitably good things about Mercs/Pain.
Painbringer+Serum+Commando=Lots of red numbers.
The buffs and heals help your boys in grey stay up. -
Bots/Traps needs much less of an investment to get near-OPed.
I say roll up one to get the feeling, then a ILL/Rad. -
Quote:/Funksignature.New Rogue Isles system; Civilians dont get targetted with tab (Like Vault doors atm) but can be selected AND attacked.
Killing NPCs results in an Arachnos hit squad being sent after you, wanted for murder (read the background, Recluse does actually enforce the laws. Why do you think the Goldbrickers are always getting nabbed?)
Beating up the hit squad will result in more being sent, upgrading from, say, a few Wolf spiders to a Huntsman, his squad and some robotic back-up, moving steadily through to a whole Crab spider assault team, then a Bane Commando neutralisation unit, to the point of them sending in a Tarantula squadron, and then a Night Widow kill-team.
Etc, etc. Only targetted NPCs would be a trigger, not those caught in AoE. (Standard code rant?)
/random idea -
What do you all think about a 50's database, including character description, and all of the costume slots for the characters?
Could have one in Grandville and City Hall.
All this info is already stored in the servers, so this would simply access it. -
I use 99.9% huge body type, it looks rediculous when they walk, try it.
-
I do believe I like this idea, if it's restricted to Tier 9's, and the powers count as unenhanced in PvP.
I'd love to have Nukes and such to have rediculous damage.
Maybe increase the recharge to 500% longer if using this system, just on that power. -
Dear Hero 1,
My powerboots have suddenly become disfunctional, and as such, I will not be able to make it to Omega Team Rikti Raid. I apologise for any inconvieniences this may cause.
Sincerely,
Fritz Reinfaust - Alphion Flux -
Quote:http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Void_Hunters. Take a closer look. Tech Banded Gloves and boots. No bandoliers. All four of my main toons are somehow related to the canon somehow.
NightErrant (A.K.A. Duke Harrison) and his cousin Morgan Serif are both members of the Midnighter's Club, and both have connections to Mu Ancestry, though neither of them really dress the part.
Operative Halfway (A.K.A. Robert Wexler, A.K.A. Agent Halfway or Operative Robert depending on which toon I'm playing) is a latent Psychic who was Partially Riktified (So he's halfway between Lost and Rikti in that sense. I used the "Strange Case of Benjamin A. Decker" rather than The Lost as inspiration), though he's only obvious as a Rikti when you take off his mask. I don't have a screenshot of him, but I do have a screenshot of my newest toon.
Duskshooter (Or "Screw this I don't want to drag my *** through Blueside Content when all my friends are Redside. Dark powers are close enough...")
He's a Dark/Dark Brute. (Not Corruptor. Ha! I bet you thought I was going to go AR/DM weren't you? Nope!)
His Origin Story is that he was a Nictus that was formed from the N-Fragments implanted into a Void Hunter. The Quantum Energy used to modify the fragments messed with his Nictus powers (Hence why he's a Brute rather than a Warshade), and also left him with none of that natural Knowledge Kheldians are supposed to possess. All he knows are language skills, basic math, and things he would have observed as a sort of "passenger" in the Void Hunter's body. Therefore, he comes off as sort of an idiot.
Anyway, Duskshooter was the incredibly tacky nickname of the Void Hunter that the Nictus (I'll call him Dusky) lived in. Dusky was sort of a passenger, and the Void Hunter wasn't really aware of his presence during the six months or so he was allowed to mature. Dusky, being completely innocent and unaware of the fact he even was a Nictus, made no attempts to take over the Void Hunter's Mind. He just sort of watched him "shoot the glowy people" and wondered what that was all about...
This went on for a while until a Longbow Operative shot and killed the Void Hunter, leaving Dusky alone in a freshly dead corpse. Unaware that the Void Hunter's Soul had left his body (and apparently undamaged by the shotgun blast due to the unorthodox nature of their bond), Dusky immediately began work on restoring the Void Hunter's body to a working state, as well as doing some "renovations" based off of observations of the superheroes and villains in Paragon city, resulting in enhanced Strength, Agility, and Durability.
When the Void Hunter didn't comeback, he decided he was going to "house sit" for him. He lives in the Rogue Isles under the Void Hunter's old nom de guerre, generally annoying the people who live there with his stupid questions, and beating up bad guys with his Nicti-enhanced strength.
TRR GO!

In an attempt to stifle cross-posting, I have all mine posted in the stickied costume thread.

Alright. Any VGs that are alt friendly and either have a Council, or Merc theme?
(No 5th Remnant, me and Dread don't play well)
Preferably a newish group looking for an archetect.
Character is a High ranking Void. -
I like using Elec Armor, namely static shield and the tier 9, colored dark and purple, to create some nictus armor.
