think of repel as the opposite of fulcrum shift, no mobs near u you do [censored] damage, on top of that repel is also the oppositie of transference, as its the quickest way to drain ur end. so never take repel.
voltaic sentinel isnt really necessary. i'd consider taking thunderstrike since it does pretty good defender damage and its aoe, so its fueled from ur fulcrum shift nicely.
and things arent really going to get hairy because just about every mob in game aside from avs/gm/players will be completely outta endurance after 2 of your attacks.
i have a lvl 50 kin/elec built for pvp so my opinons may be skewed. -

anyways its gonna be crazy, as 99% of everyone reading this thread has an ipod or iphone. so good times.....

but you were close. -
not even 5 minutes into prototype and i know its a sick [censored] game. like putting ur knee throught the back of a zombie's skull and watching his head dissolve around ur knee. i mean omg this might just be epic.
-
personally i think Earth/Storm is where its at, my troller Mud Slide is a beast, def debuffs, res debuffs, sapping, -jump/fly, -range/tohit, oh add in animate stone with his seismic smash, and then my seismic smash, you get the idea.
-
oh just just in....i just picked up prototype, it looks for be hella sweet, something to keep cox fresh.

I've heard the "cookies" from Guardian are actually these
[/ QUOTE ]
their actually 18-25 year old college girls, but if you like metamucil go for it. -
well most of the original devs play on guardian, hell back before statesman quit he did the hess tf with some people way back when he was a lvl 28 invuln/ss tank, i remember ppl complaining about how bad he sucked as a tank.
and then bab's threadjacks.
so that's at least 2 of them which leads me to think they have a small private sg on the server with their "non-signature" alts and they are hiding in plain sight, which leads me to assume that maybe the enxt time you see someone that keeps face planting and then starts asking lots of questions the moment the scrapper on the team proceeds to break off and solo the 8 man invince mish, you might have a dev with a cloaking device on and your toon might be nerfed the next week. -

why even bother submitting this as a glitch, i figure if they going to lock up your toon for a couple weeks because u have some badges you shouldn't honestly who cares, i've been around this game since the 2nd day after launch however i was late on the forums, but as a vet i could care less if someone else has the vet badges oh well, because seriously that 2 weeks time you could of been to lvl 50 by then from just playing the game regularly and not farming.
-
why re-ressurect this post?
-
well i dont play on justice but i got roped into the thread by babs threadjacking me, so thats why im here keeping tabs.

thread jack -
my luck i'd win, and then the next day whatever toon i was using those sets would get nerfed.
-
i was the victim here, all u guys are ur evil ness, i demand arena matches with everyone even BaBs!
-
lol i work for apple, so, but i actually like them, the apps come in handy like picking up freshman co-eds. theres a radar app that pings in on them.
-
talk about dev thread jack, babs needs to go preorder his new iphone 3gs, its better than his blackberry storm.
-
guys its offical, jab is getting nerfed, there reducing its damage by 50%, to compensate footstomp's radius is now double and deals double damage and recharges in half the time. also incidentally rage has been made into a toggle to compensate for ppl who like to double stack rage the damage output has been upped by 300% higher than the last patch's rage, the toggle also does not surpress well mezzed infact it actually increases the "rage" effect making the tank/brute hit 4x as hard as normal, also rage has been given a "blood thirst" effect where if the tank/brute isn't being atacked or attacking after 120 seconds rage crashes and the tank/brute dies, but not only that the resulting effect kills anything in a 120ft radius including friendly targets and hamidon.
so overall i can deal with the nerf to jab. -
regardless if the ticket vendor doesnt sell them or not, do u really need them just get to 22 and maybe buy a round of SO's and then at 30 buy generics, then at 50 pm me and i'll sell u LOTG's, numy/miracle procs, purples/ devastations etc. my source has the largest stockpile of premade recipes in the game, 1 billion recipes and counting, and i offer fair prices and only charge a 10% financing fee. give me your moniez.
-
pfft i like to build for damage on stalkers/blasters a dead target means plenty of time to heal up well hidden later.

-
