MA Rewards: Missing DO types?

Absolutely adore the ease of using MA tickets to buy my DO's rather than influence, but for some odd reason the Endurance Modifiers (for Stamina) and the Resist Damage (for resists) seem to be missing from the reward screen. They're present in the Training Origin IO's. but not on any of the five listings of DO's.

I'm villainside on Virtue and in the Cap AE.

There are a number of holes in the listing. DO Hold enhancements are also not on the list for some reason.

I think it is a conspiracy to get you out of the MA buidlings.

I was looking for dam/res and end/mod DOs for one of my toons last week. There was everything else BUT available. It's very annoying, especially since trying to buy them on a low level toon that's influence poor (or even find them at all in WW) is nearly impossible.

Take those 70 tickets that you would have used to buy one of each, turn it into Common Arcane Salvage rolls (level 1-12, or is it 1-20). The eight pieces of Salvage you get should net you more than enough Influence at the Market to buy the Enhancements from a vendor.

edit: Not being snarky. This is exactly what I do to fill in the holes for my AE character when he needs the End Mod or Hold Enhancements.

New story arcs coming soon (ARC IDs will be aded when I finish the arc):
So, you want to join the Hellions? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)
Sparks & Steel (level 5-20 Heroic arc)
and
So you want to join the Skulls? (level 1-14 Villainous arc)

If you run nothing but MA missions, and are buying enhancements at the store there, you should have AT LEAST enough influence to buy a few of the missing enhancement types.

Could it be they want you to leave Atlas Park and venture into the as yet unexplored depths of....(gasp!)....STEEL CANYON!!!

*a hush falls over the crowd*

Oh, the humanity!!! What is my level 18 to do in Steel Canyon, that bastion of unimagined perils!?!? Will I survive the trek to the proper store that is an incredible 400 yards away?!

Or is this the final adventure of VR Boy!?!

Tune in Next Week for the Conclusion to our Spine-Tingling Tale!!!
