Having a lot of money stored on the market, I investigated this during beta. As Nihilii says, the level bump is "virtual". It does not actually change into a level 51 crafted item.
Also, short circuiting the entire question you cannot sell an enhancer once it has been boosted.
So it looks like inf stored in market transactions for level 51+ IOs is safe from boosted IOs. -

While I can see where you are coming from I don't entirely agree with the stance. As GR is a prerequisite you had to buy it to access Incarnate content. Regardless as to whether it was included or not.
Unless there is another way to access incarnate content without buying GR Incarnate access was something you have to pay for. It came as part of the bundle. -

False logic. GR => Incarnate doesn't imply Incarnate => GR. Incarnate still requires GR, and GR is given for free to VIP's. GR never required incarnate, and still doesn't.
And to offset the comments about wanting everything for free, I have 2 accounts and will be keeping them VIP. I just think it's a bit rich. Best option to me would be allow access to the system, but charge for the individual power slots and or trials. -

Edit: Also, for anyone saying the incarnates aren't part of GR, can you find me a link to official information on the incarnate system that ISN'T on the GR page? Because the only place I can find the incarnate info is there. -

Yeah some double standard. Players were much better off when they cancelled their subs and lost all access to the servers. NCSoft is a bunch of jerks. Where do they get off thinking people should still get limited access for free.
How would you feel if you bought the cyborg pack, but if you dropped to premium you lost access to it? -

He shouldn't do any damage to the attackers, just be able to live as long as possible. Mez protection would be a bonus. What AT (I assume Tanker) and powersets will be best for this?

With Freedom, if you bought GR, and are going Premium you can't access it. Despite having bough GR for access to it.

I found the KB in Power Thrust very useful at low levels as mitigation. A KB'd foe isn't causing damage, and as I'm ranged and they are currently targeted they aren't causing anyone any issues. -

If you set the bind to begin chat and put the petsay all into the chat window and hit 'enter' after your bind key it usually works.
