That makes it appear that it's reading the command from right to left, when it's really not.

The command will still try to activate Hibernate every time, but as mentioned, it will fail every time there is a Respite still in the tray because it will instantly interrupt the Hibernate. When there is no Respite left, the final execution command can't run, and wont interrupt the Hibernate, meaning the bind he used might still work.. but only if there is just a single Respite in the tray.
True.. I did know that, but always forget cos of the way it appears to work.

Some patch broke the shorter version and UI havent checked to see if it's been fixed
The reason this won't work is the + at the start runs the whole bind on press and release. It works for toggles as you use toggel on and if it's on it skips to the next bit. This will look for respite every time and if it finds one stop. If it doesn't it will probably then activate hibernate.

Maybe not meant to be, but should be. I think this would be a better idea (although probably more work code wise, but while your in there right....) than having it apply across the entire costume.

Strangely enough, I actually noticed that my Blasters were the only ones not at speed cap w/o enhancements.

Feel free to look this gift horse in the mouth. Fly's base cost is 1 e/s, while Raptor Pack's is 0.19 e/s. Even enhanced, Fly will cost more.

In regards to the OP, I'm glad for the change. Most of my characters with "real" travel powers use Fly.

Not joking. Wish I was. Fly will now only have nominal benefits (less End, e.g.) over Temp Fly powers making Fly an easily dumped power on any tight build. That's not a good 'balance' with regard with regard to game mechanics.

The I18 Patch Notes that says 50% buff stands as being correct.

(And since this is often a point of confusion, remember, this is a buff to the *base* speed, not to the cap. This buff to the *base* speed, however, causes everyone to hit the cap. Suggesting that the *cap* be raised is regarded as a non-starter.)

A quick and dirty Macro version for doing it across the board :

    /macro HideAll "optionset buffsettings 1052688"
    /macro ShowAll "optionset buffsettings 0"

I think that should do it, all you should then see are non-auto Buffs with a duration on them.

I haven't found a way to just show buffs you have applied though.

Where does it say assaination? The official site says this:

    Quote:
All Wyvern agents focus on two things, extraditing criminals back to Paragon City and targeting villains early in their career so that they are taken down before they get too powerful.
With these goals their only directive, it is no surprise that Wyvern agents often resort to illegal and perhaps questionable actions to fulfill their one true desire – the ultimate destruction of evil.
Yes, the later implies that they aren't squeaky clean, but nothing about assasination.

I don't know why people are being down on Championess for this. I totally back this. Anything for another 15 days peace.

Totally. As All Hell said above really. It tends to depend on the value to me. Over 10k... I'll bid creep or wait for a while. Under that I'll just pay really. Don't have billions (or even 1 billion probably) but I do have enough to support my habit.

Listing at 1 or some low value like that will immediately sell to the highest bidder - that IS correct. The part you are missing is that at any given time the highest bidder is very likely to be a lowballer with outstanding bids much lower than the last 5.

If someone instead listed at 600-700k (any value will do as long as it's above the lowball bids and below the going rate) then people could bid creep up to 600k and get the salvage for much less than 1.2-2m.

This won't happen because people are lazy and don't bid creep. That's what happens when the majority of players have play money that prints itself.
Right, that makes some sense to me. However, to bid over the lowball bids you have to know what they are and if they aren't in the last 5 you are guessing. If it's a low value item (most whites) I have no problem with that. If it's a higer value item I tend to post a higher value on it, although probably still lower than the lowballers.

K, that makes sense to me. So a flipper doesn't immediatly flip, but waits for demand to go up. Makes sense to me. And if they are willing to hold my item for me untill I need it I'm ok paying them a small fee for storage.

This would have a normalizing effect on price over time, if enough people participated in that niche.
I'm confused by this, and by extension how flipping works I guess. Surely if I list something at 1 inf then the person who is bidding the most will get it, not someone lowballing.

Which leads me to wonder how flipping works. The flipper buys it and relists it higher than he paid for it? This can only work on markets with low supply right? And the flipper would have to buy up a good portion of it?

Pretty sure it was showing the 37.5 muber. Just checked and it's giving me AoE 39.4% and 5.6% for everything else bar Psi. Which doesn't match the power description.

The version I'm using at work has Leo's I19 patch so I'll check on the native version at home tonight and see what I get.

You need to use powexectoggleon not powexec_name as that just changes the state of a toggle. Hence the turning off.

    Hide and Mids

I was doing a build for a stalker but noticed I couldn't find a way to show the hide defence stats while in combat. If I turn it on I get the hidden stats which aren't a huge help really cos it's my combat defence I need to check. Is there anyway to check this, or do I just need to check the numbers in game and add them on?
  24. It's a habit I have too. I list almost everything at 10inf. Sells quicker that way and I tend to have enough money to go around.

(Excluding IO sets, but the Devs have always advertised IOs as an optional part of the game in which someone should not feel they have to participate in order to be super.)

What I believe they meant is that once a lvl 50 character unlocks the Alpha Slot and gets an ability in there, and then they exemp down, the player can exemp as far down as 45 without losing their Incarnate abilities, similar to how IO set bonuses disappear when you exemp down more than three levels below the level of the enhancement. However, I do not think we'll get access to incarnate content until level 50.
Ahh, thats how I read the quoted text and agree. I can't see it being allowed to be opened at 50, defies the point, but allowing it to exemplar could be fun.
