mids gives you the exact numbers and if you create a new toon you can see the power animation when you change the colors of the powers.
-
you don't need fitness, bc ur a wp brute, you don't need fighting bc that's a waste on a wp brute. Take speed, leaping, medicine, and concealment. Ur gonna need an escape power or you'll get farmed. Look down about 7 or 8 threads and there is a nice explanation about a WP/SS brutes.
-
you don't taunt psi/em blasters too often, do you 4 speed? A wp brute needs concealment if it's going to an effective disruptor (taunt bot and webnader) otherwise ur gonna make a lot of trips from the hospital.
-
someone will always complain about something, whether it's a FoTM toon, or PL'ing, or just whatever they wanna whine about. If you have the patience to farm pvp io's go for it, make lots of money and IF someone whines, f em. After they whine about how you farm pvp io's, let them whine about how you wrecked them with ur toon that has all pvp io's. In fact, I'll help you farm pvp ios lol. @deus draco

mac, ur avatar is hilarious, every time you post something I have to watch the cat at least twice...i guess my avatar suits me well, lol

-
barrier quoting you in multiple threads may have something to do with, how, and what you're saying, just sayin
-
I heard about a video on break.com or youtube of a chimp killing people with a psy/em blaster. Good times, now if we could get those blasted chimps to cure aids already...
-
Ok, Dull Pain recharge is at 134 secs without hasten. Rech is 65% w/o hasten, to-hit 30.8%, acc 54%, and dam 88.5%. Your resists are a little lower without fighting power pool, but fighting pool gets DR'd anyways, plus now you have Unstoppable, just get etheral shifts and ur set. You'll be a much better taunt bot with SS, and SJ. Oh, and when people laugh about you having a temp phase power u can laugh back at them for not gettin a kill. Just bc ur a tank doesnt mean you're banned from phasing...

get rid of fighting and get sj the T9, and E-shift. If ur gonna be on a team vills are gonna sj outta ur taunt range; plus you will get ganked with only ss. One dom hold and 5 as strikes later you will realize the fighting power pool isn't worth it. Be a sj'ing taunt bot and pop the t9 when you wanna wreck some people then pop e-shift for ur t9 crash and you have one mean tank. I would re slot a lot of ur powers too, I'm usin my cell phone so I don't have mids avail but I'll post a build later.

Here is another build with a better stun for the third attack power. everything else is the same, pick the one you think would fit your play style better.

ok I couldn't resist, I had to put together a build for ya. It was difficult slotting a radiation blaster because the lack of range in the third attack power. Other people may add to this, but at least you have a solid build with 41kb protection, 50% rech without hasten, HP cap, so on and so forth.

well, since you don't have a rad/em blaster, what are the two blasters that you do have. Rad for pvp is, not great, but not bad. /Em as a secondary in pvp is the best though, but I kinda like devices (even though it's not quite as good as /em). Do an advanced search of titles only and in the pvp builds section for rad/em blasters.

tp is not as RELIABE regardless of how quick ur fingers are. How many toons do you see in RV webnading people by themselves? None. And if they are webnading people by themself, they're a downie. Ts will kick in, and even though it doent stack it will start over befofe your tp can be used. I have a pb with and when I switch to dwarf I use a bind to tp, and if there's multiple people attackin, which in my case there usually is, tp does not go off. Your fingers aren't quicker than a key bind, and you can't pull that lame card, "do you have any toons with tp? No, then, I know more" because as mac said a while ago, I don't need to own a pinto to know it sucks...
-
on a side note, fly doesn't help avoid as. If I see a flying blaster, I use jetpack to get my as, and there is no one around to help you either once I lose hide. and then I placate right back into hide. But if you want to use fly so you can barrel roll and dive bomb baddies, by all means.....
-
If you want to pvp with a tank, you have to have SS, and nothing else. Perma rage makes SS better than any other secondary for tanks, period. Elec, close second is fire, and then inv. If you want to pvp with a tank (and not get farmed) stick with those choices. I don't really care too much about PvE so whichever one of those is best at PvE will be the one to go with.
If you're gonna pick FA or Elec armour you have to slot for KB. 41 KB is the magic number in pvp, anything less and doms will throw you around. Inv rocks bc of dull pain + aid self. You need to slot aid self with 4 numina's and two int reds. You don't need to slot kb for Inv. Stone prison and fossilize are the best epic for pvp tanks, a tank with an immob and fossilize makes more people whine than just about anything else in the game. Stone prison, kob, fossilize ftw. Also, take taunt, it kills the range of any toon and is a major disruptor. -
lol at this.
Here is the bottom line, no matter what blaster you pick, you will probably get some kills, eventually. If you want to be beast mode, go fire or psi. If you wanna be that guy that does something different, roll an Ice/Fire blaster that way you can figure out all the shortcuts from the hospital back into the action. DP has long animations which is why it is not optimal for blasters to use. If you're using a blaster you have to kite, and fire off youre attacks mid air so when you land you can jump again. You wont be able to do that with DP because of the seizure like animations. You will get as'd more than any other blaster. Stalkers usually go after tards first, and ur "unique" blaster is gonna fall in that category. When I'm using a stalker, once I get spiked by a psi, or fire blaster, I run, and move onto the next blaster. -
A wp brute's main job is to be a taunting and webnade spammer & then phase when u get spiked. Get on a team and they will love you plus u get rep when ur team kills the people u webnade. Here is the build of my SS/WP brute.

Binds are a must for Peacebringers, I use the numpad for all my binds. Here are the binds that I use:
shift+lbutton "powexec_name White Dwarf Step"
numpad0 "powexec_toggle_off bright nova$$powexec_toggle_off white dwarf$$ powexec_name Quantum Flight$$goto_tray 9"
numpad1 "powexec_toggle_off bright nova$$powexec_toggle_off white dwarf$$ powexec_toggle_on Super Jump$$ goto_tray 1"
numpad4 "powexec_toggle_on Bright Nova$$goto_tray 4"
numpad5 "powexec_toggle_on White Dwarf$$ goto_tray 5"
numpad6 "powexec_toggle_off bright nova$$powexec_toggle_off white dwarf$$ powexec_toggle_on Combat Flight$$ goto_tray 6"
Figuring out what to put in each tray is not complicated. A useful tip for the squid and dwarf is to put the transform power in the 0 slot of a tray so its out of ur way to avoid accidentally changing forms.
