Fly? I usually hear fly isn't good in PvP cause a lot of people have powers with -fly in them.

post up a build with sj/ss/fitness/leadership/hiber and i'll run through it and give you a few ideas.
SC is crap though; i can't give you any advice on that because SC is a really bad pvp zone...
SC isn't crap, it's just mostly dead because everybody just goes to RV now.

I play SC just because I HATE the layout of RV. It's a horrible zone for PvPing. Too many wide open spaces with no cover that favor EM Blasters.
any combo of these emp, rad, therm, sonic blast, fire, psy, em, dev, rad blast, grav, mind...
