Hi guys, I'm playing a Mind/nrg domi, who is actually lvl 24, with a regular team.

I think that playing it just once per week as I'm doing atm (no farming, and I will be out on holiday the next Double XP weekend ) it will take me quite some time to lvl him up enough to choose a proper Patron, but I was wondering which one you would me suggest to pick up... I've been reading powers available for Dominators according to Paragon Wiki and all ht them have interesting ones:

- Scirocco: obviously you always want more endurance, so Power Sink, and later on Power Surge.
- Mako: I'd like to have this one at least in one of my villains, since I haven't played him yet, and it seems a good chance because of Water Spout and Hibernate.
- Black Scorpion: Personal Force Field seems cool, besides Disruptor Blast, but I'm not confident on this Patron.
- Ghost Widow: very cool, Dark Consumption, Dark Embrace, Soul Drain.

As I said, all of the have nice powers for Dominators, I'd probably pick Mako because didn't run him yet, but that's why I'm asking from more experienced dominators to suggest me which one to pick.

Does it accept Endu Modification IO Sets, then? Cool! thx guys!

Ooh! Very interesting! I used to play with my computer til I brought it to the tech service, then I had to buy a laptop and I've been playing with it since then (although I have my computer back home)... but I've noticed that when I try to put higher quality resolution screen game starts freezing, works slowlier than usual, so I have to play with Minimum graphic requirements... I'll try this Booster!

Cool! Got several 50s without one (at least) of the invasions badge required for accolade, I'll try taking my chance then hehe!

Hi guys, my spines/fiery scrapper just reached lvl 22 last night and I got Consume. I've just started working on his IOs build, and according to Paragonwiki, Consume only accepts PBAoE damage... is that true? I thought that being a power that gives the owner endurance it would accept Endurance Modification IOS, but it seems not... unless ParagonWIki description is wrong? Any idea or comment on this?

Same here, it's a weird mix of laughing and sadness, because the HUGE amount of story arcs, contacts and tf/sf that powerleveled MA people miss.

This simply completed my particular nightmare .... my Sg had arranged to run Posi tf with several teams simultaneously... fact is that some people logged in late, we quit task force in order to get them on board, and my scrapper finally went on a team with a blaster and a tanker. No one else, just 3 people.

After 2rd mission, blaster dc'ed, so Posi turned into a hand-to-hand... with so much effort we defeated Rollister and kept playing... about 40 minutes later, our blaster came back but after asking twice if we could tp him as he had no travel power yet (being lvl 11, he could have got either Atlas or KR safeguards, but that's another topic), and when I replied "sorry, no tp available, just Assemble the team but it's recharging atm", he simply quit the team.

Furthermore, that little red warning ... what can I say? we rushed a mission and gave up completing the tf... we will resume it this afternoon.

eeek! I'll be on holiday by then, so no Double XP for me...

Issue 15, I think 50/100, it's nice having new content, although it's a bit meh. Surely I will fed up soon with the new tf and sf as I'll play them with all my 50s. Dominator changes seem interesting, as I'm actually playing a mind/energy one.

Issue 16, 40/100. Quite "meh", in case colour proliferated is the only main thing on it (hope not!).

GR, 99/100. New maps, missions, task forces or whatever they can be called, archetypes... WooT!

Master of Statesman's Task Force, definitely... I've earned it 3 times, and since March I'm trying to get it for 4th time.

No idea, as I wasn't there, but I guess they simply used text chat, as just a few spanish players use either teamspeak or skype.

I agree with mereman ofc ; besides our usual Tuesday nights (last one, 2 6-people teams playing ITF at the same time), last night we had tons of fun, 3 full teams (most toons under lvl 4) devastating everything in our way through sewers! After that we moved to KR for jetpacks, and my team finished the session defeating Frostie. It was relatively soon (10 p.m. UK), and some teammates joined the other 2 teams, while I changed toon and wasted all my inf by crafting IOs

My 50 defender has Power Build Up, BUT when I noticed that Psychic Power had Mind Over Body it was a matter on putting in a balance either a better resistance for me, or a better way of protecting and healing my teammates. Now I know there's no choice, and having some respecs available, it's just a matter on playing the way I want the time I want.

I have an excuse (I think )... my 1st 50 was my Forum namesake, electric/empath defender, in Defiant. Now most of my friends play in Union, and I started playing there too a year ago. We run weekly MoSTFs (haven't been completead successfully yet, but we don't give up ) and sometimes our "resident" empath can't play, then we have to look for a replacement and it's not the same than playing with a "proper" one; as I already had one in Defiant, it was a matter or paying money and transfer it, or create a new one from scratch. Now I'm playing a new empath called Radioterapia (lvl 40 rad/empath).

gah... pity, it would have been great getting both... my lvl 50 defender has Power Build Up because it increases all my powers, all my controllers have Psionic Mastery because of its protection against psionics, and my other 50s got the pool I considered it fitted best, either theme or previous powersets... BUT this time I was divided between improving my powers or getting some kind of resistance against psionics (as most of you may know, most high lvl AVs are psionics, so it would be very handy)... well, never mind, I'll have to toss a coin

Although I have several defenders, it was long ago since the 1st of them reached lvl 50 (it was, in fact, my very st 50... and now I have 12 lol!)... ehem... well, now I have a lvl 39 and a lvl 40 defenders (cold/ice, and rad/empath respectively) I was wondering whether it was possible to get powers from 2 different Ancillary Power Pools, as I'd like to get Mass Hypnosis and Mind Over Body from Psychic Mastery, and Power Build Up from Power Mastery... is that possible? I guess not, but as I said, I've been playing mainly controllers and scrappers in the last few months, so I have no clue actually about if this is possible. Any information would be much appreciated.

Well, I think I've had 2 different problems:

1st, last Sunday noticed that my WiFi connection was somehow unprotected (I don't know how or for so long), and I quickly typed my encrypted code; after that I had much more broadband available than the previous days.

2nd, I logged a ticket to the Customer Support last week, and after sending and receiving updated information, I was told to download and run 2 programs, nettoolsinfo (sorry if I mispelled it ) and PingPlotter Standard, and was asked to send them its reports. After that, I got this:

Quite weird, as it's true that one of the PingPlotter IP server was a failure, there was no connection at all, BUT the other one worked steadily, furthermore I ran them both AFTER solving my "little unprotected problem" and putting my laptop side by side with my WiFi router, so I had my WiFi working 100%.

Besides, other mates living near me have had the same or worse connection problems, like being completely unable to play or even log to this forums or the NCSoft Customer Support website, and, even having a different net provider (they have Ono, I have Telefonica), they were able to play again AFTER the manteinance period that servers had last week.

One of them, in fact, having a different provider as I already said, did the same I've done, and got the same response that me, BUT he wasn't able to log and play again UNTIL servers manteinance concluded.

So.... any kind and coherent explanation for this???

I use the bio to put all my 50s (12 atm) in a vertical position, in the order and server I achieved them... but now they are flat, mixed, merged (sigh)... I also sent a bug report but I got the same answer, this is a known issue.

How can I try that, FFM? I haven't crashed that bad, just a huge lag feeling and lost conn once per day for the last couple of weeks, but I know people who is experiencing the same problems already exposed in this thread; I've created my own thread, but now I've read yours, and I'd like to know the solution so I could send it to them.

I've been told from some usual teammates that their connection is having the same issues, either ubber lag, or lost conn, and they can's simply keep playing for more than just a few minutes before being kicked to the login screen since last Saturday.

Furthermore, I've received word from some friends that tried a Sister Psyche last Saturday, and they had lots of lost conn, mapservering and also being kicked to login screen, in fact a task force like that, that being played in a normal way takes no more than 2 hours and a half, took them more than 4 hours to complete it.

Good morning! I just wanted to broadcast a doubt that a friend of mine has related to this Steam thingy, so any of you can reply and give a solution to it.

As you may remember when the Mac Edition was released, it could be bought from the net store and you were given a code to use in your account, even if you weren't a Mac user, and improve your Pc account, getting "Valkyrie pack" and 1 free month as well.

K, so my friend would like to know if it's the same now that Architect Edition has been released through Steam, because he just checked Steam website and it seems that it's a code for creating a new account, BUT it happened the same with Mac Edition and in the end those codes were added to actual Pc accounts with no problems at all.

So... Does any of you know if it's indeed the same system?
