I do believe my tanker was using end-mod set IO, back in the time it was still bugged (it only gave end-reduction, not modification). Best way is to check ingame.

Yep. Consume will accept both PBAoE and End Modification sets.
It's usually slotted with three - four Peformance Shifters or Efficacy Adaptors. Or, it can prove to be more effective if you slot it with a mix of some common recharge reductions and end mod IO's; because it's usually slotted for recharge rather more than the end as without slotting it for end, five enemies will still put you at max end (if your endurance is at the base of 100).
I haven't got a /Fire Scrapper, so I can only give you frequently used slottings 
^^Thats how i've slotted it on my controller too. Really one of those powers thats good out of the box and used mainly for recharge/set bonuses.
Really isnt up nowhere near enough for you to even consider it being part of the attack chain 
Great for farming though . . . . 
Oh and remember to put a "chance for **** dmg" proc in it

Hi guys, my spines/fiery scrapper just reached lvl 22 last night and I got Consume. I've just started working on his IOs build, and according to Paragonwiki, Consume only accepts PBAoE damage... is that true? I thought that being a power that gives the owner endurance it would accept Endurance Modification IOS, but it seems not... unless ParagonWIki description is wrong? Any idea or comment on this?
