    Best DPS on ST?

    Trying to do a search but using my phone and not having much luck.
    With the latest changes and new powers has anyone checked to see
    what order the powers fall in as far as ST DPS is concerned? Really
    interested to see where MA falls in the line up. Would also like to know
    the best attack chains for the top rated sets if anyone has them. If that
    to much time to figure, could someone tell me the formula and how to go
    about figuring it up? I don't mind doing it myself just not sure how.

    Mids question

    Not sure where to post my question it's not really a scrapper question.
    Seems the scrapper forums help the most to just about all questions.

    I'm working on a build that is made to exemp to a certain level, all
    My enhan that I'm using are going to be within three levels of my exemped
    Level.

    Is there a way on mids to see what my stats will be with all my set bonuses
    And toggles active at my exemped level?
    Not sure how this'll turn out, posting from my phone and it's
    Acting up a bit ATM.

  3. Wanting to make a stalker for zone pvp. Thinking going with wp just not sure what primary will work well with it. Plan on being in RV mostly. Thinking of going energy Melee, but with the nerfs is it still good on stalkers? Would like to know others thoughts on a good primary and maybe some pointers on what powers to choose to help get me started.

  4. For all of hardcore brutes out there what do you feel will be the best secondary for a brute paired with SJ? So far I'm torn between invul, energy, and shield but I'm up for other suggestions as well. I didn't get the chance to try it out while it was on test so I'm not sure how SJ performs. I know it might be hard to say what works best with it since it's a new power but I'm open for any thoughts or ideas. Thanks!
  5. Ok, so I waited for SJ and now that it's out liking that as a primary. I've gotten to lvl 30ish or so so far. I went with energy aura since I wanted that as a combo anyways, but I'm not really getting the DBZ theme feeling with ea. I'm just wondering if anyone think with some tweaks to the toggles and an added aura could make it fit better or should I reroll the toon with a different secondary? If you think a different secondary would be better what would it be? Thanks!
  6. So I've been thinking of making concept build using Goku from DragonBall Z.

    Wanting some feedback from DBZ fans about thoughts and powers to go with.

    First off I'm up for any AT suggestions, but this is a good starting point as it seems more people here reply, and also since severl scrapper options is in the running.

    I'm needing range, melee attacks, able to withstand alot of damage.
    One option for primary is MA, since he is known as a martial artist that seems to be a good choice, but from watching the cartoon we all know he's far more then just that. Ma lacks ranged attacks. So that brought me to KM. KM has melee and ranged attacks which seem to fit for what i'm needing. However the animation might hurt the concept a bit, to me I can look past that. Even if I go with a primart that doesn't have ranged, i can always choose an epic power that plugs the hole a bit (if that's the case any suggestions on which set? hero or vill. side)

    Then comes the secondary, seems several of those could work so I'm open for any thoughts in this area. FA has some nice bonuses to help out and could give him the yellow flame look when he goes super. But some of the powers might not go aswell. Invul. I could see that working all the way around, been a while since I've played one so I might be forgetting about something. Energy Aura, again another one that could work but a couple powers might not fit the theme. SR could even be in the running. Just so many that could work but I'm wanting it to be playable and the powers to work good enough so I can solo even if it means getting a little off track with theme but staying close enough so others will get what I'm going for.

    And with Brutes getting stronger as they fight, well that could make them a good choice aswell, so any thoughts here?

    Then there's always Blasters. With the primary attacks and certain secondary I could see it working very well for the concept. Although it'll take a lot more to get him to be as survival as I would like. Again, give any thoughts or ideas you may hiave on going Blaster.

    Now for really good survival, with Tanks getting MA that could be an options. Can't forget about KM for them aswell. Tanks primaries, just like scrappers secondaries alot of these could work, but which would be the best for survival and concept rolled into one?

    Now that brings me to PB's. For some reason they stuck out to me for this concept for a while now. They get a good mixture of range and melee to tie it all together very nicely. With the new changes how survival will it be now?

    I'm up for considering any and all AT's, just posted some of my thoughts as a starting point, so if there's something that I didn't mention that might would work better, please tell me your opinion.

    I've been stuck on this for a while now trying to decide which way to go, so for whom ever might have some ideas, thoughts, pointers, opinions or whatever it may be, please feel free to tell me. I will greatly appreciate it.

    ???/energy aura

    Been a while since I've played a scrapper and thinking of making a new one to try out /ea. Just wondering what are others thoughts on a good primary to round the build out. Bad thing is I have no goal in mind yet which is why I'm having trouble deciding on what to pair it with. So if anyone would be so kind shoot me some ideas and why (such as good concept, good combo, would be hard too not kill, does really good dmg or whatever the reason may be).

    Hi, I've tried getting into PvP on and off, but people that I play with at times that I'm not soloing doesn't do much if any at all in PvP.

    I play on Freedom server and looking for a SG that does PvP, I know very little about it so more importantly I'm needing a group that doesn't mind to spend the time and has the patience to teach someone the ins and outs of it. I'm actually interested in trying out most forms of PvP it all seems appealing to me in it's own way (zone, arena, and fight clubbin).

    If your in a SG or know of one on Freedom that would be a perfect fit please let me know the name, or maybe even a global name to contact in game.

  10. Someone said that free accounts isn't getting the use of sets. Does anyone know anything about that? I haven't been found anything on it or I've overlooked it.

    Anyone have any thoughts at all on the build I've got in mind with my plans? If I'm able to use sete that is.
  11. First off let me start by telling you a bit about the toon and what I'm wanting to do with him. He's on my other account which I'm wanting to have go free when the option comes. As far as wanting to do with him is PL some of my other toons on my main account. Wondering how well he will do without having any incarnate abilities. Since I'm only going to use him to PL my other toons he is a Veng based toon since I'll always have veng bait. Seems like it can be a fun combo and cheaper then some other builds (but if for some reason you think it isn't going to be cheaper, or if I would be better off going with a higher price combo in the long run for what I'm wanting to accomplish please feel free to give me your thoughts on that aswell).

    Just realized I had stone mastery picked on this build, other build I had mu. With mu power I had it pretty much same way, 1 power with a purple set, other 2 powers with posi blast so it'll give me the same recharge bonuses as what I've got in this build.

    With that being said, what's your thought on that aswell, should I stick with what I've got posted in the build, or switch over to the mu power?

  12. Most people makes missions in AE for a certain type of damage they want the enemy to do. But I'm just wondering if anyone knows if all enemies from AE missions gives out the same exp per kill? (not asking just about custom groups, but even the enemy groups from the game)

    I've tried searching to see if this has been discussed before but I couldn't find anything if it has been.

    If there is a group that gives the most exp that someone is aware of, please let me know.

  13. Wanting opinions on what everyone thinks would be the best lore pet to use on. a farming toon? It's a as/fire/mu brute so I mostly do fire farms. I know pets would die fairly quickly in ambush farms, but what about using ones that just buff and ate untargetable? Which brings me to my question, which would be the best set and which power of the set to go with?

Well having read the replies and thinking about it, if it's at the point that incarnate powers are making killing a single AV solo to easy that it's moving on to Mo runs is an ice/cold troller still a good choice? That would be interesting doing TF's solo and learing how to adapt in order to do so, but if I wanted to go that route then do I need to consider a different combo or maybe even a different AT all together? Would I be better with a dominator (those seems to be popular for such task)? I'm up for any suggestions even if it isn't going with an ice/cold troller. I don't mind spending the influence and getting the build where it needs to be (other then using pvp enhan, really don't want to go that way).

    So what is everyones thoughts on what to use for doing TF's solo? Also what tips might one have to help?

  16. I've put together a quick build so atleast I could have one posted, was mainly aiming for recharge. Wanting the build to be able to solo AV's and GM's. With that goal in mind what are some other things I should focus on and redo? Also with all the incarnate powers that's available and coming is this still a good combo to use for AV's and GM's or are there better ones now?

  17. Posted my build that I'm using ingame atm, forgot to check if it included my alpha and all my incarnate powers I have on him ingame (not sure if you wanted those included in the build or not). Even without my alpha and incarnates I still really enjoyed the build and his defense debuff resistance being capped helps alot!

  19. Mainly AE fire farms and maybe the deamon farm. Was just thinking outside the incarnate alot or maybe even most dmg types are smash/lethal so that's what I was shooting for. Eventually I would probably want to do the incarnate trials, but I have other toons I'm working on and others in line before this toon. Since I was thinking more for fire farms and normal content is why I tried to get s/l/f to 32% and be able to keep the recharge I wanted. I had thought about the energy dmg also but not to sure how much of that this toon will be coming into contact with. Based on that any more ides or suggestions?

  20. Tried making a build that would work well in both farms and missions, attempted getting smash/lethal/fire within 1 purple of softcap while keeping a good recharge rate. I went with Spiritual total radial revamp as my alpha (which leads into one of my questions, with going that route am I going to have some major end issues, or should it be ok with having consume and the occasional catch a breath)? Also by the looks of my build, does it appear I might be hurting myself in certain areas? I don't want to go with any PvP enhan, and I would like to keep my purple sets to a minimum (unless it's going to make a big difference then I'm willing to use more purple enhan).

    So if you don't mind taking a look at my build and giving me any suggestions you may have, and/or thoughts on how you think it might do in both farms/missions (poor/poor, fair/poor, good/fair etc. . .)

  21. Np, with my postings sometimes there's no telling what'll happen. I try to keep up and read things on my iphone alot and that can be a challenge.

    Before I start reworking the very rough build, I've used some procs in the build, in this type of build should the procs be slotted heavily, slightly, or not at all? If they are of big use what powers are the best to put them in and are there certain procs that should be used?

  22. Unless somehow it got posted wrong Knockout Blow isn't slotted with knockback enhan. It's suppose to be slotted with 5 Melee enhan, (4 kinect coombats and 1 crusing impact (acc/dmg) enhan)

    Not where I can pull it back up to check for sure atm so I could be wrong.

  23. Trying to come up with a final build (atleast til I can do better) for my SS/Fire/Mu Brute
    I'm wanting to use him to do fire farms mostly starting out, but would also like to be able to use him in other missions aswell. Just realized I don't have any KB protection, but I'm out of time to rework that in right now.

    Can this combo do farms and missions both very well without having to use purple sets?
    Not against using purples later on once I'm able to afford them (don't think I've gotten a purple drop in 6 months now).

    Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated, even if it's tearing the whole build apart and shredding it to never be seen again for a whole new outcome.

  24. I've played a few dom's before but never gotten one to 50, I've got a new concept build that I'm wanting to try and for that the best power sets I found to come the closes to matching what I want is an Earth/Earth Dom. Just wondering about that particular build, where does it rank as far as Dom's go (weaker towards the bottom, ok build kinda more in the middle not to strong but not weak, very well combo at or towards the top, or anywhere betwee)?

    Also, if it can be a very nice build what are the powers from the 2 sets that are skippable?
    For Dom's what is the global recharge without hasten and then with hasten?

    Thanks for any and all info. to help me decide if I really want to use this combo in my new concept build!

    Something else I'm wondering about, all the attacks that saids they do knockback, is that correct or is any of them knock up? Thanks!
