  3. Mog is good vs kins too... well vs pretty much anything that doesnt have huge +toh buffs or has psi dmg . Although yeah, it's situational but if you dont plan to team pvp with it (i wouldn't, its a broad regen, for god's sake ) you don't need taunt. Anyway up to play style, me thinks

    On the rest I agree, tho. I'll just add that, if you are interested in team arena pvp, go roll another toon, scrappers do su... err... I mean... get taunt. If you are only interested in duels/zones, go for tactics
  7. Reroll you blaster and make it fire/fire if you only plan to PvE... among my 3 lv50 blasters (ice/ener, elec/elec and fire/ener), fire one was soooooo much funnier (PS, find an ice tank)

    MA/SR Question

    I'd get Conserve Power, even if it's only for after elude crash. With 2 endrdx on each toggle, no FA (god knows why) and 1 endrdx on every attack you should be ok's on end. I'd consider getting FA and adding +rech to eagle's claw and crane kick at least, tho

  13. If it's in the RV I would focus on TP foe+TF+epic hold on the empath, until he is out of breakies. If the blaster comes around, dull pain+phase while running the hell out of the place. I wouldn't be the one eating all my insps tho... or else i could just command my heavy to 1shot the empath and save me the work

    Damn right! the speed it involves, knowledge of strong and weak points not only in your build but also in the other guy's one, the continuous need of improvisation... makes PvP here the best in MMO's so far without any doubt imo. Only Street Fighter almost 15 years ago, and Tekken later on (being both so different to CoX as they are) have ever provided so much fun fighting vs a friend.

  19. A tank shouldn't die vs a stalker on a 1v1, it's bound to be a 0-0 draw unless one of them commits a big mistake or has a not optimised pvp build

    I've found it very useful on my Grav/FF, due to lockdown powers and good personal defence, and I wouldn't consider it a "waste" on controllers generally. Non-devices/cold blasters are probably the least optimal users of Health on the Hero side IMO, as they have the least capability to slow the fight down on average. The longer you can make fights draw out, the more optimal Health is... and Controllers are excellent at drawing out fights, Grav/FF especially. In addition to that, Health is a great target for some of the set bonuses and procs in the IO sets.

    Health +heal is proportional to the AT hp, and trollers are the heroes with less hp in game. Roughly, a 3 slotted health will enable you to cope with an extra hit every 10 seconds... which is not good, mainly when you can recharge 2/3 of your bar with aid self in one second. Swift+hurdle unsupressed movement grants more survavility than health will ever do, imo. As much, it can help with downtime between fights, but that isn't a porblem with aid self, either

  23. If I ever was killed by a katana/sr on my bubbler, I would feel really embarrassed, let alone if I was in a group of support toons vs a single katana scrapper. PvP is not PvE and you have to know much better your strong points but also your weak points, otherwise you're pretty much doomed

    Only 4 pool powers are allowed, so it's impossible that medicine would be your sixth one. Health is kind of a waste on trollers, if you get it dont waste any slot on it. Fly is very useful for a pve troller imo, still if you have one power slot to spare, go for leaping: acrobatics makes your life way more comfortable, although it doesn't provide any def bonus, it will prevent you from being knockbacked. The one power in leaping pool that gives you a slight def bonus is combat jumping.
    Btw medicine pool will boost your survavility much, much, and ermmm... much more than maneuvres will ever do
  25. Stalkers come right after corrs and domis on the attack list because of how quick they can deal dmg and how quick they die. Brutes and MMs are left till all the rest are down
