Yes. Take/buff Frozen Aura instead.
...I was under the impression will domination was good for Defenders/Corruptors. -
Quote:...I stopped posting uncommon enhancements because they took way too long to sell compared to the rare enhancements from the same set/category. Maybe I should post some stuff at some point.Uhhhhh, I just got smashed in Siren's Call early today on my old SOed blaster.
So, I spent 3 billion on level 30-33 IOs/recipes for a couple toons to make up for it.
If it doesn't include a zero in the price, that's mine, I'm too lazy to reach over and hit it, so I use 1/2/3 instead. The only time I use a zero is in a bidding war so the other guy doesn't know if it's me or not anymore.
I actually need to go buy a couple more right now to finish my characters.
Hopefully all my money is going to the right people! Thanks for the IOs, I'll be sure to kill everyone using them. -
So... how does that represent two or more Marcus Coles?

Quote:My Electric Armor activated Power Surge... one time, when I was going to fight Infernal or something that wasn't S/L/E based. My CEBR doesn't count.I stopped taking Power Surge before Energize was added to Electric Armor, but I used to time it well enough that I could hit Power Sink right as it crashed, refilling my end, and then was a quick Aid Self away from mitigating the health crash while the EMP effect had everything in melee range held. Time it right, and your toggles never even drop; Energize just makes it even easier with the endurance discount it provides while your recovery is still shot.
Overload's crash is end-only in Energy Aura, and Energy Drain has a short delay before your end recovers, making it even easier to completely mitigate.
Overload is only used by my brute to cap his HP and take his DDR from 52 to 85%. Or if Anti-Matter gets a lucky hit with a debuff. -
I do 33 on two toons for rolls so I can twink my new toons when they reach 30. 32 seemed like overkill and the three additional slots were MASSIVELY helpful.

Quote:They're either going to change all the HP/End crashes to just end crashes (Like the ancillary versions of Unstoppable/Power Surge, and all defense god modes like Overload/Elude etc.) or change them to have Fixed Recharges and half strength crashes (or change them to be possible to perma them with a half strength crash like Light Form). My guess is that the crashes get reexamined at some point, but I doubt they go away completely. I think its possible we one day see end crashing get reduced to something more like a high -MaxEnd reduction (analogous to Burnout) and health crashing get significantly reduced in strength. But I don't think you'll see crashes disappear completely.

Quote:I actually stopped farming outside AE cause I was getting Carpal tunnel deleting those things. They drop WAY too often and considering they take up recipe space they're a massive headache to deal with every 5 minutes. When your opinion centers around denying content for others just to save you a very minor inconvenience, deal with the fact that others might express their opinion that you're being selfish. I dare say I understand what this forum is a lot better than you do... If you can't deal with people's reactions to your opinions, perhaps you should keep them to yourself. I know, it's a real horrible and disappointing shock that not everyone agrees with you. You'll adjust.

Technically they can flag powers to ignore mezzing effects (Sleep, Stun, Hold) - they did so for Entropic Aura, and the Defiance powers for blasters (T1, T2 primary and T1 secondary powers). So it COULD do that, but I've seen ZERO indication it was done.

Quote:Hmm... That might be the reason it went bye-bye but Flurry stayed, in addition to being absolutely horrible from a DPA standpoint, it was similar to... Raiden? From Mortal Combat? I didn't play the game so I'm not sure. They might have axed it because of possible legal action. So was it deleted? Or was there some weird legal issue and it could never be reused?
Also - I REALLY REALLY REALLY want a temp power called 9-Iron - minimal damage and really terrible accuracy but mag 60 KB if it connects. Have a vendor in AP sell it with a Hellion Golf Venue. -
If they're toggle buffs like Soothing Aura, yes. This was part of the revamp to toggles way back when. It's also why a single Magi can torpedo an entire MSR league with his Sleep (which bypasses Dispersion Bubble/Sonic Dispersion), unless there's heal spam.

Quote:...The MM version of Soothing Aura is +Regen, not periodic heal, so isn't this kinda moot?I'm well aware of the mechanics of Sleep; I'm not debating that. I'm saying that with the way toggle suppression works...
When someone gets mezzed, all toggles' effects on them are suppressed except Mez Protection even if they themselves are not the caster of the toggle. Which means that if a Mastermind's pets are asleep, the heal ticks from Soothing Aura, a toggle, will be suppressed for those pets. -
...My FA/IM has chomping a tray of red skittles as part of his attack chain.

Placate means that squishies interested in the Fear powers dont have to take a suicidal power to get to them (The devs are trying to make the pool MORE attractive, and currently only dominators who slot Perfect Zinger/Mocking Beratement take the taunt).

Quote:...Uh. I'm pretty sure rezzes don't take 10-20 minutes to come back. Maybe 5, tops.NO I DON'T HAVE A REZ then again even if i did I would probably only be able to rez one of you every 10-20 minutes or so. It may be in YOUR best interest to actually carry an awake or two. Instead of filling your entire inspiration tray with reds and just expecting someone else to save your butt

Quote:PPMs fire every time the activation period occurs, so it would roll every two seconds assuming an enemy was in range (Reduced by the damage aura's AoE Modifier which won't be as big a hindrance next issue). Now this is interesting - the +res proc is good in a damage aura?
Also Paralytic, not Degenerative, is the -Damage effect. -
I'm just getting sick of the info being released bit by bit, and getting my hopes up and not living up to them. At this point I'm ready to bury my head in the sand till Double XP weekend and i24's release. Color Customization for pools has been an issue for me since I turned on full particle effects last year, whereas I've wanted to recolor my Warshade since I rolled him (Sunless Mire is the coloring I want, on a global level).

It boosts recharge, which means I actually consume MORE endurance on my Widow since Slash and Lunge are up more often, and the bonus to Stamina is at most, an extra 8% recovery.
