    ...I stopped posting uncommon enhancements because they took way too long to sell compared to the rare enhancements from the same set/category. Maybe I should post some stuff at some point.

    Overload is only used by my brute to cap his HP and take his DDR from 52 to 85%. Or if Anti-Matter gets a lucky hit with a debuff.

    Dang.

    I do 33 on two toons for rolls so I can twink my new toons when they reach 30. 32 seemed like overkill and the three additional slots were MASSIVELY helpful.

    They're either going to change all the HP/End crashes to just end crashes (Like the ancillary versions of Unstoppable/Power Surge, and all defense god modes like Overload/Elude etc.) or change them to have Fixed Recharges and half strength crashes (or change them to be possible to perma them with a half strength crash like Light Form).

    I actually stopped farming outside AE cause I was getting Carpal tunnel deleting those things. They drop WAY too often and considering they take up recipe space they're a massive headache to deal with every 5 minutes.

    Technically they can flag powers to ignore mezzing effects (Sleep, Stun, Hold) - they did so for Entropic Aura, and the Defiance powers for blasters (T1, T2 primary and T1 secondary powers). So it COULD do that, but I've seen ZERO indication it was done.

    Hmm... That might be the reason it went bye-bye but Flurry stayed, in addition to being absolutely horrible from a DPA standpoint, it was similar to... Raiden? From Mortal Combat? I didn't play the game so I'm not sure. They might have axed it because of possible legal action.

    Also - I REALLY REALLY REALLY want a temp power called 9-Iron - minimal damage and really terrible accuracy but mag 60 KB if it connects. Have a vendor in AP sell it with a Hellion Golf Venue.

    If they're toggle buffs like Soothing Aura, yes. This was part of the revamp to toggles way back when. It's also why a single Magi can torpedo an entire MSR league with his Sleep (which bypasses Dispersion Bubble/Sonic Dispersion), unless there's heal spam.

    Placate means that squishies interested in the Fear powers dont have to take a suicidal power to get to them (The devs are trying to make the pool MORE attractive, and currently only dominators who slot Perfect Zinger/Mocking Beratement take the taunt).

    Also Paralytic, not Degenerative, is the -Damage effect.

    I'm just getting sick of the info being released bit by bit, and getting my hopes up and not living up to them. At this point I'm ready to bury my head in the sand till Double XP weekend and i24's release. Color Customization for pools has been an issue for me since I turned on full particle effects last year, whereas I've wanted to recolor my Warshade since I rolled him (Sunless Mire is the coloring I want, on a global level).
