Gotta have a wolf boy as nemesis to the sparkly telepath.
This is the most hilarious oversimplification I've ever seen. Emma Frost was in the movie because she is a ranking member of the Hellfire Club, and Beast went full furry because that's been a significant aspect of the character for decades now and it fits into the movie's premise.

the only time i notice when the market is laggy is when i turn "autocomplete" off, its oddly not laggy at all when its on
that's too bad because the autocomplete is the only thing that makes the current interface remotely usable

No, you're not the only one. The effects look positively hideous. I'm not super-excited about the prospect of staring at a sea of green for two hours, and the GL costumes are just terrible. Also not helping is my lack of general interest in the Green Lantern character. I'll probably just skip it.
  4. The WSPDR Generators in Marshal Brass' mission Destroy generators to stop the transmission do quite a bit of knockback, something I enjoy is ending the mission by taking out the last generator at the top of WSPDR in melee range and watching it knock me all the way off the building into the water surrounding Aeon City.

Has to be available to all 50s since you don't need to have any slots unlocked in order to run the Trials.
  6. Even older TFs are faster to run now than they used to be. If your TF takes 3 hours to run, you're doing something very very wrong (or you're running Quaterfield, which is still a nightmare to run). Apex, Tin Mage, and the new Trials can all be done in half an hour if all goes well.
  7. BaB was supposedly working on customizable Granite before he "left".

    6) Hmn...probably mentioned as a 'Recolour EB', but a set like the Legacy's light blasts would be quite cool.
Pretty sure Legacy Chain light blasts are just recolored Energy Blast. Roll a Peacebringer for "holy/light blast". Most of the attacks to -Def, although they still do knockback.
  8. The Black Market interface was already "improved". Although I liked some of the additions on the whole it was made laggier and thus more frustrating to use.

I don't imagine the devs doing anything to make it any easier to mass-send enhancements between characters. Right now the easiest way to do it would be to have both characters in the same SG and use base storage as an intermediary.

Re: the e-mail cooldown, I would like to see them modify the "you cannot send another e-mail yet" message to tell me how much longer I need to wait, as with costume changes.
  9. There's also two Incarnate Task Forces, in RWZ (Apex and Tin Mage).

Sounds like GR is the start of everything new for you. Start here, then read this, this and this.
  10. I've scoured the police bands but have not heard one blip of Malta activity. I know they show up in paper missions redside, but don't seem to be able to get one blueside. Have they ever been available, or is this a bug?
  11. Once again an announcement lags behind, I discovered this and made the purchase yesterday.

But the general issue i have with it, theres 2400 other "toons" out there with the same incarnate abilities as me - whoopty do!
How is this any different from the 2400 other toons out there who are also a Spines/Fire Scrapper | Bots/Dark Mastermind | Invuln/Super Strength Tanker? You were actually less unique before the Incarnate System.

Assume each slot (Alpha through Lore-Destiny) is taken to VR level. You can choose one of two VRs from each tree. That's 32768 different combinations of Incarnate powers. And that's not even counting the new Lore pets. Add those in and the number of possible combinations balloons to 131072. And there's still 5 more slots, and still room to grow the other non-Lore slots! (Although I'd be shocked if the Alpha trees were expanded, there's not much left to do there, probably not Destiny either.)

No, it's not as many as the number of possible powerset combinations. But it shouldn't be.

There's never been phone booths in Paragon City. There are phone stations, which AFAIK have only ever been used for patrol missions (remember those?). (The Rogue Isles have red phone booths but they don't do anything.) Unless you're thinking of Info Terminals, but those only reported who in the zone had defeated the most enemies, and those were taken offline a couple years ago (they're still there, but the statistics are blank).
  16. Thanks to @YodaMunky for getting one together on a ridiculously short notice! Had a hiccup on the first attempt before we made it to the Slinger but the second run went well enough. Finally have my Master of Lord recluse's Strike Force shiny!

Dunno when you logged in or on what server, but at least over on Pinnacle during the Praetorian Invasion, the Ski Chalet was turned back on and left on for a short time after, so that may be why.

  19. I want to get this elusive badge on my Blaster, but I don't have much confidence in setting one up myself, even with Incarnate powers. Is there anyone with experience who could help getting one going, either today or tomorrow?

Yep, they did it with Tennant too. "I'm the Doctor!" I think was the line.

  23. Code giveaway is for the Keyes Island Beta Test next Tuesday, isn't it?
  24. Yeah, I guess that one is the one they're using for Issue betas from now on, while Test is just for patches.
