By the way, the City of Heroes steampunk pack is now available.
Just in case you missed it.
Two words: e-mail diversification.

Mine all show up about 3 or four days later than w/e event they're letting me know about.
You opened a ton of trial accounts. It sends an email for every account you ever opened. So I always get 3 two for my 2 active accounts and 1 for the trial i opened once.

At least you're getting emails from NcSoft. I am subscribed and haven't gotten a email in over 3 years. I've sent petitions on this, asked a few red names and nothing was ever corrected.
I gave up, if they don't care nor do I.

^^^^ So much this. I know we're not the only ones too.
My best friend (who now doesn't play the game) always got the promotional emails but me, the loyal subscriber, doesn't?!

How is it that people have trouble getting a single email about your promotions, but then...lets say me...basically gets spammed by them?
