This happens on a pretty regular basis, and it's not just Golden Girl who manages to do it, which is pretty sad.

If by "they" you mean "people digging around where they shouldn't be", then sort of. Pretty sure it's not a new Dom set though.

My Claws/SR Scrapper moves around very frequently in order to keep Shockwave properly positioned. To that end, I also keep Ninja Run on most of the time, which keeps her extra maneuverable.

I can't say what Hulk's pose reminds me of but aauuuuggggghhhhhhhhhh

Solution: Don't run Superior Invisibility all the time. Are you off your nut? It's practically worthless once you're in combat anyway (you lose a very minor defense buff by turning it off).

Nice of you confirm what we already knew, what would actually be nice though is to have some sort of lead-time on when Issue 23 goes live beyond 12-24 hours before the patch downtime. I know that sort of thing isn't easy to predict but at least a ballpark. You don't even need to specify any length of time (since that's gonna get you into trouble when some weird bug inevitably pops up and delays things), just something like "if you want to purchase tokens up to Celestial, now would be a good time to do it". As it stands, people with a month or two to go (to fill Celestial slots, not to achieve T9 VIP) may or may not need to purchase extra points.

The only Invention bonuses that apply to pets are the ones that explicitly state it, such as the +Res and +Def auras from Sovereign Right and Edict of the Master, respectively (although those are special IOs rather than proper set bonuses). Also the Taunt/Placate resist from Commanding Presence (lol) and, perhaps more germane to your question, the Chance for Build-Up from Soulbound Allegiance, which explicitly affects the pets the enhancement is slotted in, and not you when it procs.
However, it should be noted that while all of what I said is true, most of the above was actually a smokescreen for me to comment on how bizarre your sig is. Seriously, what the hell man. -
You mean HeroStats? Mind you, it apparently hasn't been updated since September.

Quote:Remove the door from its hinges.I'm been wondering what you would do if the poor cat couldn't get her cast through. The floor is obviously bowed and I would be unsure if opening the door and sliding the cat to one end would work. I can't imagine trying to stuff the cat back under the door without injuring it.

Again with this? *sigh*
Darkness powers are the same as other Dark powers in the game (but not as dark as Dark Control) because unlike Soul Mastery, they are not tied to a specific character (Ghost Widow). So go nuts.
Also, APPs unlock at 35, not 45. -

I just wish they'd give him a less silly-looking head. And I'm fine with the signature characters not getting a wholesale revamp, but a re-texturing would be nice at least.

I'm not sure which "argument" is more ridiculous, me/eth_Nargy, or dugfromtheearth/Electric-Knight.
Nah, it's me/eth. -

Quote:It's okay, the right people will get it.Not trying to be an ***, but I never understood why people typed out acronyms, and then went on to type the full version of the phrase.
I've seen it a lot recently, and it always kinda weirded me out. Sorta defeats the purpose of shortening it to begin with.
Not trying to pick on you or anything. -
Will we get any advance warning about this going live/vaulting Celestial, or will we only find out the day before when a downtime patching announcement is made?

Quote:GFY (good for you). In a world where a pizza mogul can have a (mostly) legitimate presidential campaign*, my default assumption is pretty much "other person is a moron". Especially on the internet.I was able to tell it was sarcasm.
It's ok, that just means you're special! And I will love you all the same.
*Hell, in a world where a late night comedian can have an entirely illegitimate campaign and still be taken seriously -

Re: new tech, doesn't Staff Fighting utilize motion blur in its animations, which has previously been unseen? I recall when the infamous video was leaked, someone "debunked" it as a fake (lol) because of motion blur.

Quote:If that was Schismatrix's attempt at sarcasm then he* should read up on Poe's law and adjust accordingly.I'm not sure if you missed it or if you were just going for the facts for fun, but I believe there was an implied wit to what Shismatrix posted (and I greatly appreciated it, by the way).
I'm not certain sarcasm is entirely the right descriptor, because I can understand liking dogs more due to their higher amounts of attacks on people...
*gender bias assumption, forgive me if wrong -
Frostfire may not have a memorable appearance but the map he appears on is very memorable. I would also point out that he also has a cutscene. I just replayed Flux's arc, not having played it in quite some time, and apart from the addition of the cutscene it's pretty much exactly how I remember it the first time I played it 6+ years ago. Back then, Frostfire was pretty tough, and the first real challenge your character would face (the first Elite Boss too, I think). Of course, now my Street Justice Stalker was able to take him down in a few seconds.
As for Rommy, well, if you play the mission as intended you should easily defeat 300 soldiers by the time you reach him, it's just that skipping to the end then clearing is the common strategy.
Gimmicks are a good way of making a fight memorable, but as Coyote_Seven alluded to, it has to be a good gimmick. A bag of hitpoints is not an interesting gimmick. A boss fight with different stages, or a boss with a unique power, is memorable. In one of the Dark Astoria arcs there's a boss that actually gets level shifts the lower his HP gets, complete with a level-up animation. That was pretty memorable. -
Quote:Totally unscientific but: http://www.googlefight.com/index.php...2=dog+injuriesWell, when you consider the number of serious injuries and deaths from attacks by feral and domestic cats versus the number of serious injuries and deaths from feral and domestic dogs every year it becomes rather clear why some people prefer dogs.
Although I have to wonder exactly how Google Fight works since just googling the search terms on your own yields 25 million to 43 million cat:dog.
But that's not really fair since "injuries" could easily refer to the animal itself being injured. Let's try attacks: http://www.googlefight.com/index.php...d2=dog+attacks
Again, Google Fights underestimates: 5 million to 36 million cats:dogs.
Bites?
Regular Google search: 3 million to 23 million cats:dogs.
Oh hey look, an actual study conducted by the Nevada Department of Health on cat/dig bite statistics. I'll spare you the detailed statistical analysis:
Quote:There were a total of 1,957 inpatient and outpatient cat bites reported between the years 2001 and 2003. There was a
73.5% higher rate of dog bites during this same time period.
