I just wish they'd give him a less silly-looking head. And I'm fine with the signature characters not getting a wholesale revamp, but a re-texturing would be nice at least.

I like Positron's current suit - it's got a bit of a veteran feel to it.

I wish he'd put the helmet back on. Posi's armour looks great as it is, if a bit low-res.
I can't say I'm a fan of the mecha-fied version, either.

So while I was in beta playing around with the mecha stuff, I got this weird jolt of inspiration to make a new costume for Positron, and I really liked how it came out. I know the devs mentioned they don't plan to revamp signature NPCs after Praetoria, but this just seemed kind of cool:

And as it turned out when I stood next to the actual Posi, I really got the colors off, still, it seemed pretty cool.
and this is purely gratuitous:
Weird idea came to mind about Positron making special hilts to channel his powers to create Anti-Matter Blades. Knowing the character, this was probably the accidental end result of just trying to make a cutting torch.
