What I remember from I12 PvP:

My Bane was surprisingly good. I14 PvP he's unplayable.

My SR Scrapper was sub-par but playable. I14 he's only slightly better than my Bane. He makes a good webnade bot for PVP teams, though. :/

Squishies were actually...squishy. I14 they've got too much Resist.

NPCs were somewhat of a threat but not a big problem. I14 NPCs are ridiculously overpowered and interfere with the PvP a lot.

The I7 Recluse's Victory test event was the most fun I've ever had in PvP. I wish it could be like that again.

Put me down for Martial Arts. The set is so very underrated, and with the new animations it's going to be shmexy as heck.

Force Fields + Vigilance, son.

First thing I think of when I hear Doms+Chains is Cenobites. Those Cenobites are classic Dominators.

I love MA, I really do. But it's done this game no favors at all. A part of me wishes it was never made. But only a part.

Remember the mantra: Just because it's Purple, doesn't mean it's the best thing to slot.

The reason I no loner softcap my SR Scrapper is I have much more fun using some active mitigation in the form of Caltrops and Dragon's Tail (KB slotted ). Also, I have Elude to fall back on, and all of this is on top of Inspirations, of course (I almost always have at least 1 Defense Inspiration in my tray as they drop pretty frequently). This has also allowed me to get 24 HP/sec Regeneration and +45% Damage bonuses instead.

My build's a lot more fun to play now than when I was soft capped. Even for SR, soft capping isn't the only way to go. Also, I just enjoy being contradictory and go against the flow with my builds.

People keep talking about Aion like it's going to be good or something. Let me tell you, it is a Korean grinder, end of story.

A Scrapper should always take Build Up. Assault is complimentary to this, not a replacement for it.

Iron Man's enemy Whiplash had a whip specially composed to break through his armor.

This is comic book combat. Whips do a metric ton of damage in comic book combat. And they are a comic book classic.

On topic: That's some very interesting work you've done there. I expect the most-improved metric for Psi Doms is leveling from 1-38 is far easier now. Keep up the good work DarkCurrent!

You make the change because "non-damage" pets like fluffy are not meant to have the RIPESs, by design, and that design must be enforced for the game to work as intended.

The only downside is the heal is coming very late in the set. "28 Levels of Suck" is the new ElA mantra. But hey, I'll take it, and be grateful for it.

The set's always been pretty. Now it'll be an acceptable performer, too.

All-Resists was a noble experiment, but unlike "pure" Defense sets, Resist, all on it's own, is nearly worthless (you will die, it's just a matter of time). But Resists backed up by heals/HP increases/Defense/etc? Excellent.
