  1. I haven't looked at it that much yet, but I would say for a Dom build for recharge first. To me having a permadom makes anything outside of PToD a walk in the park plus you would be able to have creepers up more often helping with aggro making it real easy to go in and melee all you want.

But I will play with Mids a bit myself and see if I can help with a build for you.

Say that when you are trying to fight the PToD on a non Mind/ Dom

As I plan this toon, this concept, I keep asking myself which secondary would be best?

So, which would you say?? /Sr, /Inv, or /WP?
DM/Inv Brute or Inv/DM Tank with min FX, I am more of a scrapper fan, but I haven't seen any crits from them.

    How, you ask?

....You can slot it in any version of Charged Brawl that exists in the game. The sleep effect in it is only mag 1, and has a very low chance to happen, but you can still slot sleep sets in the power. People frequently forget that Charged Brawl HAS a sleep component, because it's so weak and they never see it happen.

That means you can have a chance to Placate on an /Electric Manipulation blaster, or an Electric Melee stalker. Or a Dominator. You could use it on a scrapper, tank, or brute too, but I can't imagine why you'd want to bother, especially with the tank.
True, I didn't think of that power.

I don't know, I have a Mind/Energy Permadom that solos /x8 and it's usually up every mob and he used to have it (I think it was call of the sandman and had a rech bonus) when I used it, it usually procs about 2 - 4 times on average.

But as I started soloing mishes I realized a trend

Mass Hyp put everything to sleep and then Mass Confusion and Confuse everything, Soul Drain, Then Dark Obliteration and mop up. I was never touched so the heal was pretty useless and I think I replaced it since I only need 5 for the recharge.

-recharge in a sleep set. If it hits, they can't attack and the proc doesn't last as long as the sleep. Brilliant!

-tohit in a stun. This piece of geniousness is purple folks. You can't attack, but if you could you'd have an insignificant chance to miss.

Really, quite a few of the procs are as handy as debt resistance as a set bonus.
Don't forget about Fortunata Hypnosis Chance for Placate, Chance for an 8 sec mag 2 Placate, They are sleeping and only wake up if you attack them, but if you attack them the Placate wears off.

Yep...this is definitely going to be my new favorite.
Wish other T9s could be looked at like that, I love Inv on my Tank and Scraps, But Unstoppable is such a situational power and in the situations you need it, it doesn't last long enough. Oh well sorry for changing topic, I do like what they have did with PBs, I love playing mine now more than ever.
  8. Doing a KM/Inv at the moment, it's feels pretty tough too, the -Dam with all that Defense/Resistance you get from /Inv whatever does get though doesn't hurt that much, having a load of fun with it too.

Me, I like Street Justice's aesthetic better. It just feels "crunchier" and more like an actual fighter would fight, as opposed to Martial Arts' more tournament martial arts style. Sseriously, you're never going to see a real martial artist throw a Storm Kick in a serious fight, and Eagle's Claw is impossible for all but the most acrobatic practitioner. Tony Jaa or someone similar could probably pull off something like it, but the hang time in the middle of it defies the laws of physics.
In a game where people summon demons, shoot fire, leap tall buildings, and fly, you want to talk about a kick that defies physics? You must walk to your missions lol

But seriously all jokes aside, I was very disappointed in this set, I don't see myself really playing this set, wish I could have tested it more, that way I wouldn't have wasted the points. I feel it is lacking in the AoE department, just because it has more AoE that MA, doesn't mean it's better. For instance, Dragon's Tail hits everywhere all around with a pretty good radius, StJ fails to have a power that does that. Not only that, you have to take time out of fighting to position yourself to get the maximum amount out of your AoEs.

Yeah, it's nice in the fact that it is a bit different and has a more natural feel to it, but overall nothing really that great and to me kind of fell short to MA, to me.

Some of your statement is true, while all of the Characters you have listed have you uniquely created sets, one only one has a unique power and that is FrostFire, he can summon 2 imps and Jack Frost. However, Autumnal Assault has newly created powers like

Antipodal Strike Melee, Extreme DMG(Fire/Cold/Lethal), Foe -Recharge, -SPD
You draw a blade of ice and a blade of flame, striking your target with both in quick succession. The fire blade deals fire and lethal damage and sets the target ablaze, while the intense chill of the ice blade deals cold and lethal damage and will slow a target's movement and attack speed.

Harvest Blades Melee, Moderate DMG(Fire/Cold), Minor DoT(Fire), -Recharge(Foe), -Speed(Foe, All)
You draw a blade of ice and a blade of flame and slash your target. The fire blade deals fire damage and sets the target ablaze, while the intense chill of the ice blade deals cold damage and will slow a target's movement and attack speed.

Autumnal Equinox Ranged, Superior DMG(Cold), Moderate DMG (Fire, DoT), Foe Hold, -SPD, -Recharge
Calling on the strength of the seasons, you concentrate both ice and fire on your target. The target is held in a block of ice and is unable to move while they cook inside the block.

    That's 3 brand new powers.

Now I am not saying that, those are the sets that are being worked on, but I will say this much, before Shield Defense became an active set, we knew Cimerorans had them and the only power they had was Phalanx Fighting.
  11. Just wish they released a bit more info, I mean now I am just at the edge of my seat hoping not to be disappointed.

Also, I hope they add some stuff for Doms in this.
  12. Nothing major, but it would be a bit nice if the construction had an indicator marking. I mean you only get 20 mins to get to the zone and find which area the construction is in.

That Kind of sucks. Guess I will have to wait til there is a level 50 zone opens up.
  15. Definitely open to that option.
  16. Yep, on my main this is one of the two last TFs I need (other being Faathim, but I will do that later, along with the construction of the Paladin, which I can never seem to get.) before I take him to the Redside.

I figured this is the best place to start, before I hope for a PuG.

I am free Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If there is any interest, please post which of these days and times are best for you.

    Thank you all in advance.

Aside from 3 melee powers that they would get from Shivs (Which I don't consider proliferation, because if that was the case, sheilds were proliferated as the Cims had shields in i12 and shield defense was a new set in i13.) With that being said, where would they get these radiation powers from? Blasters already have rad blast, the only other set out there is Rad Emission, I doubt they would do that. They would have to come up with a whole new set of powers to give blasters.

Even if you did include what Shivs have, which is like 2 melee powers, and build up, you only have a total of 3 powers, there are still 6 holes and I don't see the devs giving blasters a plethora of buff/debuff powers, therefore they would have to pretty much create a whole new set.

Now rad assault for Doms seems like it would be a likely set, but I would like a new rad control to go with that.

The thing about Earth Assault and Elec Assault for Doms and Mental Manip for blasters, is that they are made up of powers mostly found in other existing sets for other ATs

Rad manipulation seems like it would have to be a whole new created set.

Will this be a global badge? Or will it just go to that toon that is logged in?

This is the only part that I didn't really follow you on. 2 of those level shifts only apply in the Incarnate trials, since everything there is level 54, you are still a long ways away from knocking things too far back, and the initial Alpha shift is only available to 45. That and the fact that KM has a KB move too.
  22. Don't have a blaster with Reactive, but my Scrapper has this, from what I can tell, while 25% is reliable, it isn't guaranteed. Honestly you will get more of a benefit from the -res than you will the DoT and I think stacking that will be better beneficial to you, but from what I heard, they average out, but me personally, I think in the long run you will get more for your milage if you take the 75% -res over the DoT, mainly due to the fact that it will increase the damage of all of your powers and taking advantage of that and stacking it four times will help solo a bit easier and provide some help to the team when teaming.
  23. Dominators don't get Fire Sword Circle.

    Severe lag

Thanks Zep, that worked perfectly, after the repair it ran perfect.

    Severe lag

This is a recent issue, but I am having some horrid lag issues. Running on the the game on the same computer for the past year (On Ultra) and now for some reason on live a lot of NPCs are laggy and using different weapons (Fallen Buckshot pulled out a Nem rifle) and my toon does some crazy animations (When I throw a fireball I will do the Whirlwind animation.)

Can anyone give me any help, I will post Hardware info if needed, but like I said, I have been running it for a year.
