Ghostwood: A dark/dark tanker who is supposed to be a type of tree person. Both sets have been recolored to greens and tans to give the idea of them being pollen/moss/plant stuff instead of shadowy energy.
Bodhisattva: A rad/rad defender with psionic and empathic (I don't like the regular empathy powers) abilities colored gold to represent her transcendent nature. -
The Khelds.
I also find it a bit of a drag to play controllers and dominators if I have to play them solo but otherwise I like them alot when I team. -
I´m guessing its for balacing reasons, imagine getting hit by 5+ Executioner´s Shots or Empty Clips.
-
I can think of a few things they could be put to use for:
PvP - as either a place to show pvp stats or somewhere to announce that you are looking for a duel.
Supergroups - another place to show the top SGs or a place to announce recruitment
AE - You could pay with AE tickets to have your Arcs announced on the terminal.
Teaming and TFs - If you have the star, you could post on the terminal that you are looking for more players for a regular team or for a specific TF. -

I gave Gene-Tech and No Common Sense a shot:
-
One is 35+ and the others are 44-45+.
What I meant with 40+ is that 40 is the minimum level to join. -
Actually I've only seen it rarely.
Usually when it crops up the team assesses each others powersets and we always come to the conclusion that we really don't need a tank or healer. Usually the only thing we end up missing (if we miss anything at all) is more damage, but usually that just means mobs last a few seconds longer than normal. -
You know, maybe this should be inthe suggestions forum but I´m writing this post more as a general discussion on TFs and level progression.
Now, I love to do TFs, it's the best part of the game after AE. But the only two TFs (blueside) in the level 40+ range are all in the shard, and one of them is the Quartermain TF.
Not that there's anything wrong with the shard but it's really an aquired taste. I think the TFs that happen in Paragaon city and its immediate surroundings, although antiquated in comparison to newer TFs, are still some of the funnest in the game.
So what say you? Do you think there should be more Task Force options in relation to level ranges? -
I'd join you but, me largué a Virtue.
If I make a new set of toons on Freedom I'll send you a tell, though. -
Not only that but "Get the **** out", "Get lost", or "We don't want to talk to you" and other similar statements indicate that the person probably really doesn't want you around to chat, whether they do it IC or not.
My only advice to the OP is to join an RP supergroup. Even, if the theme and storylines they follow aren't that interesting to you at first or if they don't quite fit you toon's style and background you can get into it very quickly in an SG. That way the RP spots are everywhere you go and not just under Atlas where the conversations are almost always between characters that talk like they just walked out of a D&D dungeon or Middle Earth. Seriously people, the game takes place in 21st Century Rhode Island. -
That's true. I first had that problem in a Master's Khan but thankfully the group was understanding. I now make up for this issue by having a travel power on my secondary build or by having a raptor pack.
-
This, I think is the best thing of all the boosters combined. Only two concept toons have a travel power (flight) all the others have had theirs removed in favor of Ninja Run. It's that good.

Quote:Yes, I know, that's why I put it in quotes, since they aren't really the options we want.
Yea but we want Jetpacks that are there all the time and even ones that turn OFF so you can just stand there looking cool. I also want the vanguard backpack. (Whats it suppose to be any way? Is it just a backpack or is it a jet pack?) -
Quote:I think he/she/it meant the jet packs you get as rewards, the jump pack you get as a reward and the other one you get from a special edition of the game, the longbow pack you get during winter events and the one you can buy.Originally Posted by DumpleberryCan you point out to me where I missed jetpacks in the costume creator? So in total there are five backpack "options". -
Yeah, it looks like a cartoon hotel.

And with a Market wipe. The price histories will be erased when they merge.

Quote:It doesn't have to, and neither do they for that matter, especially if its only some 20 meg patch.
That doesn't explain why they didn't do it at their normal time.
These things download so fast that I bet the OP hasn't replied to his own thread because he finished downloading and verifying just when he finished throwing his fit , and is now merrily LOLing in Atlas Park. -
Because the Mutant booster just went live, professor.

Oh, wait, it was just a pop-up ad for older singles.
