I am well aware that the Base Raiding feature was disabled a while back. The difference is this is not PVP it just a new event that supergroup members can do together. Since it is not PVP there would be no reason to need raid pathing enabled.

Also what is with people saying get in line with regards to suggestions. Its not like we can all get a number and take a seat, waiting to be called up to present our idea like waiting in line at the DMV. You post an idea and whether other people like it or not, unless a mod deletes it, your visual landmine has been set and is just waiting for the right person to glance at it setting off either inpiration and action or a that's stupid comment.

The only reason I check on any of my suggestions is in case someone makes a suggestion that improves my own or a criticism that point out any major flaws in my idea. And now I guess also to check and see if anyone is treading on a new pet peeve of mine.

The idea is this. The superleader and whatever ranks he chooses to give permission too can set-up an in-base invasion by a random enemy group. The enemies would use the invasion code so that anyone of any level can participate. Also the base defenses would activate to help defend the base. Options for the enemy group composition would be to include AVs an EBs as part of the attacking force. The defenses and decorative items can be destroyed but are automatically restored after the sg event is over.

On the left handed stuff, I'm originally a lefty but with my mom's help I taught myself to be ambidextrous. In the 2nd grade pretty much from the first day of school my teacher was always getting on to me about my being left handed (something about she believed that evil people were left handed or something) so when I told my mom she suggested that we mess with her and over the next two weeks I learned to write and and draw with my right hand as well. Then in class one day as she is hovering around my desk giving me that disapproving look that was usually the precursor to a complaint or two I switched mid page from my left hand to my right hand. "2nd grader used switch-hit righting style. Critical hit! It was super effective!" As soon as she walked away I switched back to my left hand. My mom ended up convincing the school to switch me a different teacher's class. The new teacher was way different and thought it was very cool that I could write with both hands. I ended up doing much better in class. So what is it with the left handed thing? I haven't really thought about it until this thread brought it up. Do people really think being left handed is evil?

Just gonna punch a small hole in the idea that they are paying you to pay. The argument still blows the "I'm getting less!" argument out of the water. Yes you do get $5 worth of paragon points and the free server transfer as part of your monthly VIP sub. However the development cost of the server transfer system has probably been long covered so the payed for transfers are mostly profit. So really they are letting you use something that costs them almost nothing for free once a month. They are not paying, they are just not asking for payment.

None of that invalidates the idea that you are getting more for your subrsciption money. To state that you are getting less is silly. The only way you are getting less is if you unsubscribe in which case once Freedom is released you will still be getting more because unlike before you will still be able to play. Good grief its like complaining about working in an office for $15 an hour when you used to weld at the top of skyscrapers for $15 an hour.

Also if the OP or anyone else is suggesting that as a Premium you should have all the features that a VIP does your either trolling or ignorant of the fact that businesses exist to make money.

Also Also: Some the Rewards in the Paragon Rewards program, the stuff you get for staying subscribed, if I understand it right are feature unlocks, such as access so masterminds, for if you go Premium. As VIPs all ATs, Incarnates, AE and all other content you have access to now is available. This is true for new subscribers and old subscribers. The only things you may have to pay for is new stuff that they put into the store.

Looser building codes is a huge warning flag. Thats exactly what you want to hear on a man made island in the middle of the ocean.

I always considered buying the boxed game as buying a convenience. The disk lets you install the game far faster than you could downloading it over the internet. So in a $20 retail box you get 1 month of subscription time equal to approximately $15 and the convenience of installing most of the game (not including updates) from the disk which is way faster than dowloading. So I'm basically paying a $5 charge for a disk that enables me to play in an hour or two rather than in a day or two.

I think either you misunderstood or I misunderstood or there has been a general misunderstanding. I was under the impression that it was a parody of DBZ Kai and not a parody of DBZ Abridged. I should have thought my post out more and said DBZ Kai Abridged #1 was the correct title.

This does mean good news though if you think about. After August 17 once all the RMT spammers have been banhammered they wont be able to get anymore trial accounts to spam with. So we may have no RMT spammers for a few weeks before freedom launches.

An odd thought occurs. What if someone with the talents of Uwe Boll was to direct and produce several movies based on books that were showcased in Oprah's book club? I personally would find it hilarious.

Also in a team that already has force multipliers having someone that has large base damage to leverage it is a benefit. Blasters have access to more AOEs with a larger radius and quicker recharge than melee ATs and do more base damage than defenders or corruptors with those same attacks so in a situation where your leveraging force multipliers blasters make the team better.

It's like a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. Buffs and debuffs are the peanut butter and they are important, they help glue everything together. Blasters are like jelly they add that tasty damage to the mix. Sure you could have one without the other but together they make a damn good sandwhich.

An interesting thought just occured to me. Just how legal were VCRs that could record a TV show? Would that have been considered piracy in today's situation? And why is it that I can't remember having seen a dvd player that could record a TV show?

Is it wrong that I want to make a Hammer/Time Manipulation character?
