    1000 in seconds is not as good as you think. Take resistances into account, which anyone with low hp as least has some. Then figure in that 10 seconds is a fricking eternity to anyone who has two brain cells that work and yea you should be getting the picture.

  4. No stamina and no end red in any of your attacks should make for some good fun.
  5. Do as much hp and recharge as you can. Pretty much you are going to be just pounding web nade and taunt and moving around alot. Make sure your travels are slotted and you have phase.

  7. A well built sr will be next to impossible to debuff. Acc will only counter elusvity and even then its not an auto win. You should have 70+ in your attacks and 30 minimum from set bonuses, having more is better just not OMGWTFAWESOME against srs. As for the tohit vs defense part. Tohit will cap out at about 30, so you can negate 30 or so of the defense in burst.


    Honestly the best ways to beat srs are, be on a toon that uses pets. Button mash and hope the rng hates them. Hope they don't know how to build and whine about how worthless defense is. Be mind control.

    Ticket rolls

    There can be quite a difference in the value of the rolls from red to blue side. The 35- roll red side is much more lucrative than it is blue. All that aside I usually roll 10-14 35-39 or 45+ depending on what my base needs are. I am usually keeping 2 bases stocked and share a bit of it so I am not really selling alot.

    I saw in the thread title this was about cheaper alterntives so I get where you are coming from. Perhaps when you get what is going in you will get it. And pretty much my advice is always vastly superior, mostly because people like you really don't get it. But please keep telling people they need to be at 99 damage enhancement in an attack for it to be good. Unlimited budget build on a psi em would be 3 full sets of glad javs and the fourth attack I would and slot it with 5 apocs with proc and the glad jav damage proc. But I am sure you have better ideas so post away.

    You want to maximize acc and dam but you don't see how a acc bonus helps. You need need +hp on a blaster, lol. You already get the range bonus so that one is pointless. If I was doing a budget build it would be devas sure, and maybe a cent in it. This is not a budget build. And being psi blaster is pretty much about how fast you can fire your chain off and how many glad jav procs you got. I think its awesome that you don't think huge +rech doesn't matter any more, fact is though on a blaster it does. And your advice is pretty bad.

  14. Glad jav proc and 89% damage enhancement is better than ed capped damage enhancement. Between aim and bu with defiance figured in you will be riding on the dr damage cap most the time any ways. About the only thing you got right was the kb protection, you really do want at least 41 with acro on.


    As for the actual build the panc proc is a huge waste of money. I would get psi dart over total focus. If you are going to do a monster recharge build I would dump the placate proc unless you are going to be dueling. Assault and no acro is pretty much the worst idea ever. I like having conserve for zones to deal with heat exhaustion.



    I have seen you pvp some, most of your problem is kb protection and your insistence on standing still. Your movement skills need a lot of work.

  20. I have a question. I have a lot of toons with Con something as the name and people who I play with alot have rolled toons with con names as well. Will it be considered a barcode team if we have a few of these on a team?

    PVP + Procc'ing

    One/Two shotting people in levels lower than rv is still fairly easy. I was actually quite surprised at how bad as hurts lowbies in sirens. I had the one shot code come into play a few times with just bu + dam bonuses.


    I only dual proc my as with the glad strike and hecta procs. I mix up the rest for good end red and decent recharge with 1 nuc thrown in to round out the acc and dam.
