PVP + Procc'ing

How do you slot your Assassin Strike for pvp? and does proccing it mean that you could 1 hit a squishy or does the 99% dmg rule still apply... I was thinking about this on a spiney.

Acc/Dmg HO lvl 50
Acc/Dmg HO lvl 50
Acc/Dmg HO lvl 50
Hecatomb Dmg Proc
Gladiator Dmg Proc
Mako Bite Dmg Proc

The one shot rule is not overridden by proc's like it used to be wayyy back when. That being said, the way you have it slotted is optimum unless you have some lvl 52 hammio's lying from i8. You could always make lvl 50++ hammio's eeking out that last bit o'damage.

You can still one-shot people when you factor procs in. Of course, you won't be doing it except on Fenders/Trollers/Doms with no res shield who have no extra HP, so it won't happen often. On my Elec/WP my AS is slotted 2 Nucs, 1 Dam/End, Mako/Glad Strike/Heca procs. I skimped a bit on the acc because AS has a higher base accuracy and because I didn't want to bottom out on end when I'm spamming it.

One/Two shotting people in levels lower than rv is still fairly easy. I was actually quite surprised at how bad as hurts lowbies in sirens. I had the one shot code come into play a few times with just bu + dam bonuses.

I only dual proc my as with the glad strike and hecta procs. I mix up the rest for good end red and decent recharge with 1 nuc thrown in to round out the acc and dam.

Duel me.
I will work on my sig pic more when I have time.

This is about the way I do it. Depending on the budget It will either be 4 Mako or 4 Glad Strikes (3 set pieces + proc) then 2 Hecatomb, usually the acc/dmg/rech and proc. You end up with like 65-70% Acc 89-93% dmg 50 ish% End and maybe 15-20% recharge + 2 procs. And the extra Recovery, Damage, End and HP are nice bonuses.

I shudder to think how fast I would bottom out on End especially on staminaless builds with no end reduction in the power. As you go in to AS someone and jam the button to get it to go off, server lag can really screw with the AS power.

If you are trying to AS a constantly moving target that doesn't really ground, the game will do screwy things with the power. I can't count how many times I'll get in range. Jam the 1 key to AS, get 5 out of ranges, not move, drop into AS animation as the power begins to activate, get charged for 2 or 3 uses of the power (Again not moving) and finally have the power go off.

I have all three of my main attacks (AS, Impale, Shrak) slotted with three procs each. It's doable, you just have to be more careful and can't smash the AS button every time. I wouldn't recommend it for staminaless builds, but I certainly would for every body else. As a stalker you will be using 2 or 3 attacks at most, so your concern should maximizing damage, not minimizing endurance use. It's a sweet thing when all three procs go off.
