I forgot to take the history class on CoH justice PvP. All i played was SC with prowler for a year. Then SC died, i started watching tournies and went to RV....got totally destoryed using SO's and an SC build and then made Juggernaut.
I only remember you throwing out 4-5 quick names, i only reconized 2 who still played.
Misremember more **** baddo. Btw its not quoting unless you actually quote me. And yes your pedigree as a zone stalker on Justice helps sell your point that you should be commenting on pvp in any ******* way. -

Are you talking about shin? Cause if so, lol. The only decent pvpers on justice that I know that played elec therm there are dc and Deth. -

Grav elec is a beast in zones, trust me. And it definitely ain't no support toon.

Imp and Sid are two of the better pvpers from Justice for sure though. There are a few other good ones. The fact that sid and imp are the only 2 names you throw show how little you know about Justice's pvp heritage which is actually quite rich and full. Sadly though a couple really bad pvpers with far to much rp in their blood have helped discredit any good name it actually deserves. And yes, you are one of them. -

Scraps have far better survivability and damage. Stalkers are one of the lowest damage ats in pvp outside of hide and have really low hp for a mostly melee toon.

Defense is incredibly underestimated by most people. I think the op nature of elusivty when it first came out skewed alot of people's perspectives. I have been kinda suprised of late as shield toons have died down alot in zone. -
Fire/ea is strong if you don't want to do the old stand by. Power push then pbed flash fires on a squishy is brutal.

Using phase is fine, just as is using accos. And unlike others who will tell you the rules af the duel are what ever you agree to ahead of time I will say suck it up and make em rage. 99.9% of the time if you are making someone rage in pvp it means you are doing it right.

I would consider throwing grant cover in to just to get some more dbuff resistance if you can fit it in. Its not make or break, just nice if you can throw it in.

The good parts we already had and they took away, the bad parts are to complex and wouldn't achieve what you think. Good job putting forth the effort for it though. Extremely well though out and typed up.
The easier way to say it is remove ts except still let melee attacks cause it. Remove heal decay. Remove bonus res so buffing sets again have a role except damage spam.
There are some alternate ideas people have brought up, letting kin buffs negate ts and such. In the end though I am not sure what or if any changes we will ever receive. -

All of the running/phasing/hibernating has always been pretty stupid. The change to allow phased players to attack phased players was a great change, and should have been in place years ago. Hibernate was a stupid power to proliferate across powersets/AT's and has had a negative effect on pvp.

Megalo will add another couple seconds on top of slotting +pb. About the only time I use megalo any more is when I am using an aoe mez on a large group in zones.

I can tell you after seeing someone's hold that is slotted strictly as a hold, both with pb, that the slotted done last a noticeable length of time longer than mine that is not.
