  1. Tweaked your build around a little swanie. Not near the global acc and missing some recharge. Better +dam and more end recovery though, and probably cheaper to put together. Playing staminaless the thing that will effect you the most is the difference in movement. You will probably want sj on the whole time. I moved your stealth io to super speed and slotted it a little more. It will help make up some of the difference. I know the proced out barb swipe seems cute to create but in practice you will hardly ever touch it. Pulled some slots from it added more makos into it and brawl for more +dam. As a shark trower your chain is going to be as > placate ranged > ranged or ranged > placate > ranged. Added another damage proc to impale and more range to sharks. Added some gota for the +run speeds and the end recovery bonus. Dropped sow as it is worthless for the most part and honestly only good at causing end crashes. This is not the build I would run personally but it should be effective and not cost a ton.

    I was farming with spine/nin on sos when the level cap was 40. Damn solid toon.
  4. Its not supposed to. It does however make the duration of the mez unresistable which can make a large difference.




    Edit: weird, after cruising through city of data it says fear is on the same mez timer as all the main mezzes, which is a flat out lie. Very curious.

    I have to be honest, Lightining Hawkz is pretty much the king of trash talk atm. He is in a whole different world than anyone else. Hell he even creates his own weight class in game so he can be the best of it.

  7. They did finally fix recon doing suppression. It was causing suppression on wp as well.
  8. I would pull my scrot off with pliers before I ever did nin without stamina again. My first stalker was a spine nin that was staminaless til level 47 and a respec. Twas a painful experience to be sure.
  9. Yeah we should totally be all nice and make long thought out post that go into minute detail with ways to improve stuff and what is wrong. Then they may put the changes in we want.

  10. The only time end usage is noticeable on my ele/wp is when I attack non stop for extended periods of time. And I do mean extended not just a heavy burst like 2 or 3 minutes with a hasten crash figured is what it takes to really hurt my end bar.
  11. Honestly self capped perception is extremely nice. I spent awhile the other day tracking emps while everyone else was have trouble picking them up.

    On the assault front, I find it kinda funny that people think its a waste yet build for +damage in their builds. People also should get over their fear of lack of fitness. it doesn't take much to get used to and really adds to the build.


    I will say though I am one of very few people who go staminaless and I think of those people I am the only one still running anything besides sharks. I would hold that in mind when listening to me.

  13. My common ioed em regin i sent to virchoo does really well there. I also have fully ioed spine regin and elec wp. The elec wp is a far superior toon to me. Mindless ts spam > mindless impale spam.

  17. Steatoda. Very solid toon and player. They were in rv yesterday when forst elf d was crying about how bad veats were. They were taken out people while outnumbered and decent players at that. A well built veat can be a beast.

    Edit: also I come from a mostly zoner back ground and a solid duleing back ground. And personal for all the dr and travel uppression heal decay crap we got the mez system frustrates me the most. Rand mezzes deciding the outcome of an encouter is very frustrating, in particular if you invested alot of time pre i13 in learning breakfree management. Also I have said often in ac and bacast I am sorry it was so hard for the bad players to figure out how to make freinds with buffers and learn how to carry breakfrees, it was still a better system than this though.
