Mind/Rad vs Rad/Psi
Defender TK still "works".
Other than Defender TK being hax, I'd probably go with the Mind/Rad.

What does defender TK do again? Is it a perma hold or something?
Oh that's it? Doesn't seem very useful.
While we are at it, this is the build I have drawn up for the Mind/Rad

Eh, it was incredibly easy to get out of, as long as it wasn't in some tiny area like the office map or something. Plus something like 4 small BF's got you out of it too.
Meh, I remember being tk'd into corners or under certain geometry back in i12, it was rather annoying.

The only really annoying thing was the TK bug Darth Ronin abused and made popular. The one that caused a permanent falling animation on the target, meaning he lost the ability to take any action whatsoever until he died.
I only ever got hit with it in zones. I was most familiar with it when on my stalker to be exact, and I didn't survive too long with it and a team of heroes on me.
But Im bad so theres that.
So as I go down through my list of 50's that I'm looking to port over to Freedom I came to these two. Rad/Psi is pretty much a pain because you are either screwed for perception or phase. Mind/Rad on the other hand can have both as well as about the same ST damage as Psi Blast (I think) outside the snipe.
Checking the real numbers in game, defender rad goes from -30% res in pve to -40% in PvP. Does controller rad do the same or is it stuck at -22.5% Res in both?
In seems between the 7 second hold, TK, Hibernate/Tactics, and levitate the mind/rad might be a better choice than the rad/psi atm, as the only thing it has going for it is the -40% res over -22% (Neither of which are unresistable any more I don't think)
Thoughts?
