Yes it's very viable. EM is as good as gets, and regen is #2 behind WP in most people's opinions.

elec > spines > em.
but regen is amazing. you just gotta spend money on it.
My common ioed em regin i sent to virchoo does really well there. I also have fully ioed spine regin and elec wp. The elec wp is a far superior toon to me. Mindless ts spam > mindless impale spam.

Honestly, the only thing that would worry me about sharks on a regin, is if you get spiked during animation.
Other then that, if you die on a regin stalk, I might lol @ you.
Brought my unIOd spines/regin into RV today (Unioed litterally, no stealth IO), he has SM, I died all of 4 times in about 4-5 hours. I didn't get many kills, mostly cuz AS unslotted is kinda lulzy, but, was ungodly survivable.
is the stun worth taking? I'm afraid to ask for a build again, as I've seen the dive bombs people do in these forums. lol

not worth trying to stack with anything eh?
You will stun with any attack that stuns. All stuns are 2 secs base. There is no more stun protection, only resistance in order to reduce the duriation.
Damage is king, don't bother with mezing on a stalker anymore.

At lvl 46, and wondering if it's really viable for PvP since...PvE on a stalker is kinda *vomit*
