Its not supposed to. It does however make the duration of the mez unresistable which can make a large difference.
Edit: weird, after cruising through city of data it says fear is on the same mez timer as all the main mezzes, which is a flat out lie. Very curious.

so a dominated hold would ingnore acrobatics 100% hold supression?..but a toon with no hold supression would not see a difference..

i thought they changed it in i15 for pvp so it does not affect the duration of a mez? is that right or ??
