Soooo, DC is just copying what Marvel did with Captain America? Meh.

A "smart phone" is a home-based landline that saves you a buttload of money that you can spend on smarter things. Cell phones will never be smart phones.

Pantera - Vulgar Display Of Power.

I'm a comic nut & generally enjoy any comic-related flicks, but I don't think I'd be really excited about a KA sequel. The movie was corny at best.

Quote:Well, when you look at it that way, he's an even crappier villain than I first thought. This is canon. Joker is 'super-sane'. It's speculated that he knows how the DC Universe works (he may or may not know it's a comic book, like Deadpool does), and he knows that as long as he is entertaining he can never die. Joker is the only comic book character whose personal goal is to make good comic book stories. Thus, he builds his own plot armor.

The Joker. A non-metahuman clown wouldn't last 2 days in the DC Universe. I know everybody's been a Joker fan forever (forever being since TDK hit), but he's a really lame villain.

The guy that directed the Saw movies, eh? Easy pass.

In this day & age, just having the sidekick could land him in jail, for many reasons.

Hmmm... a classic DC icon, or a poor man's Deathstroke. Easy choice for me.

If anything, Bats should be held responsible for endangering the lives of his "sidekicks".

Quote:Funny, every time I've seen Joker escape certain death (the Deadshot hit being a prime example), it's been due to pure dumb luck. Any metahuman (& a few non-metahumans) should have little trouble eliminating Joker. While I certainly agree that the Joker and Batman are overhyped to a degree, they all do have a reason to be scared of the Joker: He's smarter than all of them. Watch any movie that has a multitude of villains (World's Finest, Under the Red Hood, Dark Knight). The Joker will always come out on top, and not just because of plot armor. Much like Jeremiah Berek of 7th Sea, the fact that he's so far out there grants him outside thinking that allows him to access strategies most other people can't conceive. He is the dark mirror of Batman: He can win if he doesn't have time to plan.

I can't imagine any serious villain in the DCU being scared of The Joker. Heck, Deadshot had the drop on him not too long ago and if not for interference, the clown would be pushin' up daisies.
-
What's to get? It was a highly overrated flick that wasn't nearly as mind-blowing as folks made it out to be. Heck, I almost fell asleep myself the first hour.
-
Actually, the public at large would be to blame. As much as I dislike Batman (and his groupies that believe he can "prep" his way to victory with every foe), it's the bleeding heart mentality that keeps murderers from getting what they deserve, not only in the comics, but in real life.
And I think Batman secretly has a man-crush on The Joker. -

Plant would be my choice. Seeds Of Confusion trumps all.

My Plant/Thorns permadom "Hurticulture". He's so good, it feels like cheating.

You'll be missing quite often without Rage, I think. Kinetic Combat is only around 22% as far as accuracy goes and I don't see any accuracy bonuses from sets to help with that. I know Tanks are damage sponges, but it's no fun if you can't give it back now and then. Unfortunately, the only way you could fit in Rage would be to drop a passive.

Oops. Yes, I was referring to the color chat bubble binds. Still busted, eh?
-
Just curious, were the chat binds ever fixed? If not, did anyone come up with a alternate bind? Didn't really get a solid answer via the search method. I appreciate any info!

Love to see some type of Plant Mastery set for concept reasons, myself.
