Bit of a thread resurrection, but I am now officialy angry with MMO Art.

I got a peice commisioned nearly 3 years ago now. I paid my deposit and finally got the artowrk finished after about a year of nagging. I got the finished image in a jpeg form only so far. I've been patient with Jamaro several times, eh even made offers of doing 2 extra peices of artwork as compensation for the delay.

After seeing the site ressurect earlier this year I was hopeful, but now the site is basically just a placeholder and the e-mail address I have for them has just bounced back so I have no way of contacting them!!

I paid half in advance for the artowrk, that's £50 (about a $100 at the time of paying it) for what is a well drawn jpeg, so yeah, not best pleased!

Has anyone else got any other way of contacting him so I can get something out of him, either the finished artowrk I was promised or some sort of refund!

How on earth this man and company can get any respect after all this is beyond me.

All I can do is reiterate what has already been said, treat the early stuff with a big amount of helthy cynicism and fun, they are great shows but not to be compared to modern stuff, or even stuff of the same era, like Star Trek!

But damn, it's been a good long run

Now that we're all one big universal happy family, I was wondering if any of the US players can point me in the direction of the better US based online radio stations that are based around CoH.

I already know about the 2 EU based stations, Coalition Radio (mostly as my wife DJ's for them ) and Evolution Radio (mostly as I used to DJ for them ), but I wanna listen to you crazy Americans as well, so if anyone can give me any links and recommendations?

I'm not bothered about the prizes, tbh. I love JOATS's idea about the charity donation, that fits in well with the whole heroic theme as well

I'd be happy with a load of in game goodies, really, cossie codes or adding all the add-on packs for instance, like the magic and science packs or something.

I just want the chance to be able to enter, see if the EU players can match their US counterparts for storytelling!

Coin is my main, my hero main, his Praetorian counterpart is Cointerfeit, same origin but instead of being shot with an energy blaster gun, he was shot with a radiation blaster gun, got different powers and a scarred face that drove him insane, especially when he learnt about the original Coin

I might re-roll Cointerfit for GR, if the storyline works ok with it. he's not a high level yet.

Did a search and couldn't find a mention yet, any news on what's happening for the Halloween event at all?

For your discussion, I have a specific reason for playing *mostly* female characters.....it's much easier to make a good looking cossie for the female characters. for me at least

Was just about to post a seperate thread but I think this may be what's causing problems for me.

2 days ago, the game ran fine, flawlessly. Now, after the patch I'm having a massive problem eveytime I alt-tab out to my browser, music software, anything, the system completely freezes for a anywhere up to 30 seconds. Even worse, I have a dual screen system and when I move to the other screen the same thing happens.

As I said, nothing has changed, not a single thing, even checked to see if there were any updates to windows that ight have caused it but since last week. I've cleaned out my drivers and updated them to the latest nvidia ones for my card (9800 GT) and had no luck.

COuld this memory leak be the issue for me or am I looking at something else entirely?

I don't really think they suck, they wouldn't have been in the Premier League if they sucked, especially after the stonking start to the season they had last year.....but they ain't as good as my team ergo, they suck

Oh, and for those who are unsure about entering this fantasy league, I've been playing it for a couple of years now and it's a great system. Easy to understand, easy to use and comepletely free to play as well, very recommended!
