  1. Just want to reinterate that the email fix that was put in has helped DRAMATICALLY. I know it is late, but I surely appreciate the change. Thx devs!

There should be a means to link accounts coming from the same billing.

Oh the power my wife and I could wield if we both could benefit from my veteran status. I love this suggestion!
  3. Wow, I actually prefer TPFoe on my em/nin stalker. I find that I can take on groups of minions fine, but minions around a boss can be tough for a stalker with not much defense or health to wave around. I use it for boss fights because there are alot of bosses that I cannot take out in one foul swoop, but they can take me out in 2 hits (Wolf Bosses, MA Council Bosses, Freak Slicer Tanks, Scout Operatives). There are also bosses that need my undivided attention (Both types of Carnie bosses) because they either have crazy debuffs or summon armies to help deal with me. TPFoe allows me to remove the crowd around them so that I can concentrate on the boss without someone interrupting my placate or autohide. I don't TPFoe/Placate/AS because EM/ is great with just TPFoe/AirSup/ET/EP, and by the time I TPFoe the next minion, everything is recharged (and I don't even have hasten). This allows me to also save all of my buffs/heals/tricks for the boss. I also don't worry about the unhide that TPFoe causes because you can pretty much position yourself in a safe enough place to take out any minion after TPFoe, as well as using the rehide time it heal up any missing HP/End from the minion before taking on the next minion/boss. I do understand your viewpoint on TPFoe and stalkers, but there can be more to a stalker then just Assassin Strikes.
  4. Hero build says minerals is 12.75% def to psi for Brutes, 17% for Tanks (although it feels like it's higher then that).

I agree with the usefulness of brimstone and crystal, and pretty much minerals, with one exception. I can be dropped like, well, a ton of bricks by an AV whos main attack is psi in granite, but minerals allows me to herd them without much worry. My tank picked up Minerals very late, and only to help with Mother Mayhem and other Psi special AV/GM's, which drop most teams fast.

In CoV, I would probably follow this build and not get Minerals, just because I can't think of a specific boss that gave me trouble that was Psi related. YMMV
  5. I believe that the poison trap for /traps has a -regen in it as well. I have setup corners with at least 4 poison traps, an acid mortor and a ton of tripmines and pretty much one shotted EB's. Also, me (bots/traps MM, lvl 43), another identical MM and a lvl 43 Dom took down a lvl 44 Swan AV by ourselves with lots of poison traps, Trip mines, acid mortors and bots. It took awhile, but we did it.
  6. Great work devs!!! My only real beef is that a trap MM can't lay down any traps in the cell. I understand not using recall friend, but all of my laydown traps (acid mortar, poison bomb, tripmine) were being interrupted. I might be understanding about tripmine, but acid mortar and poison trap are supposed to be uninterruptable, so I was in a world of hurt when the cops came to keep me in my cell.

Everything else looks great (although a bit laggy). Get the lag fixed and I will be back in to test some more...
  7. If you find in your journeys that you have to run back to a lower lvl zone to continue through an arch, and have enhancements that you are just going to sell anyways (use this example if you already have a maxed lvl character, so money is no big deal), give your high lvl enhancements to a random lowbie for them to sell. Remember how hard cash was for you to come by on your first character and how much you would have appreciated a gift like that. Sometimes, you may even get a buff out of it in passing.
  8. You can reach the hollows from Atlas Park. If you are facing Liberty Girl, the entrance will be in the middle (approx.) of the right side way. I can't check right now, otherwise I would give you mileage and NSEW directions. If you chose to start with the Back Alley Brawler from outbreak, then you are in Galaxy City. If this is the case, take the tram to Atlas Park, pull up the map, and you should be able to find the entrance to the Hollows. Good Luck...
  9. I just got my MM to 40 last week, and since I basically concentrated on that and denied my alt-itis, it had been a long time since I had played anything low. This weekend I started a Brute and got something to add to the list:

Do not send an invite to anyone if you are not going to talk to them at all or select any missions. They sent me 2 blind invites, then I accepted the second invite and for 20 min. they did not say one word, select a mission or invite anyone else (even after repeated greetings and questions from me). They just stood in the same place on the map (in the street). I was not sure if they wanted me to streetsweep for them or what because of the lack of communication, but after awhile, I just quit because it seemed hopeless to me and I am sure there are other teams out there.

Do not launch an AOE when asked to pull to reduce the mob group size. I mean, I know it is "Doy" by now, but I was on a team the other night and we were pretty overwhelmed. We decide to pull, and it seemed the only people who could fathom how to pull were me and another Brute. I tried to get the AR Corruptor to pull, and when we finally got him to do it (after multiples tells and groups), he just starts launching M30's. I mean, seriously, shoot, break line of sight, and bring him into the carnage because:

    1. Death will come alot faster to the mob
    2. If you do pull more then one, the mobs will be bunched up on the corner, which is great for buffers/debuffers/healers.

The point is to create chaos FOR THEM, NOT US!!

Where the web is should be a build and a surrounding courtyard. At the base of the courtyard is the entrance to the web. It is underground, but the door is like a garage door (or warehouse door, really just a really big opening). Fly (or run) around the base of the area and you should be able to find it. Be careful though:

    1) The scientists are slow and will stop frequently, so you have to keep an eye on them or you will loose them along the way

    2) There are AT's crawling all around the area just looking for people trying to save scientists so they can pick them off.

If you get killed before you get the scientist to escape, you will loose any missile codes you have obtained. That happened to my MM while I was on the last mission, so I went back and got my lvl 50 scrapper and got my vengence (although I still lost the codes). Good luck hunting...
  11. Actually, Minerals works very well in Psi based AV's. My lvl 50 stone tank only comes out when people are having trouble with babbage/CK/MM. I just helped a full team last night take out MM and they were getting royally worked until my tank showed up. Once I was there, I was really just a taunt bot to keep aggro off others and they mowed through the crowd. MM took out about half the team when we got to her, but I was able to keep aggro long enough for everyone to get rezzed and come back for the beatdown.

Now, I have been taken down by CK before, but when he does 2 Psi screams back-to-back in 1 sec at 2500 damage a piece, pretty much anyone is gonna take it. Everyone gets lucky I guess...
