    Invuln Passives

    I really dig the passives on INV, especially with the added slow resistance and end drain resistance.

    Slotting wise, it depends on your overall build. I tend to treat them as IO mules and my projected build will have them 3 slotted for set bonuses (res en/el). RPD I just place the +3% def from Steadfast set. Tough Hide I'll 4 slot for bonuses.
  2. I say it depends on the character in question.

    Here is some more ancedotal evidence. My new claws/ brute runs at -1 difficulty (x3-5 depending) until I can get stamina, SOs and a few more powers. Why? It's more fun and possibly more efficient.

    I don't have to worry about endurance as much since the enemies tend to fall faster. If I didn't have a AoE like Spin I might find it more difficult.

    Anyways, I've been running at -1/x2 on most of my new characters and then adjust accordingly based on their capabilities.

    We ran this TF over the weekend. Everything went fine until the last mission (duh) where we are required to save Katie's spirit and lead her to the entrance. The only problem we ran into is that she wouldn't follow us if we flew.

    We had to lead her out the old fashion way by killing everything in our path, the ambushes and whatever else that crazy witch aggroed.

    Total time on the TF was 40 mins. Probably took us an extra 10-15 on the last mission compared to previous runs.

    Just thought I would join in on the actual topic, sortof-ish.
  5. To the OP, be sure to only send one petition from the leader of the team. Sending in multiple only clogs the system and could slow down response.

    If you don't get help in 10-15 mins, then I would think about sending another petition (from the team lead again).

    An objective reader can determine the difference in MA farming and sewers, etc. One was intended, and allowed, the other has been detered, warned against, threatened from using and all but removed. I'll let you figure out which is which. That's my point.

    At first it was merely an attempt at humor but it turns out the statement was highly accurate.

    Yes it matters. If you need evidence, then take a look at what the developers decided to do with MA to keep people from farming and PLing.

    NOTE: I don't care if people PL and farm unless the farming/PLing causes changes to the game that might not have been done otherwise.

    I agree with this...

    I didn't really get excited about SSK when I heard it announced. However, nearly each day I play I find another situation where SSK made some thing possible, that was impossible previously.

    Just take a few secs to duck around a corner or obstacle to bring them into melee to feed invincibility.

  13. Doesn't really bother me. I run TFs/SFs for the badges and merits. Rarely do I run one higher than Heroic/Villainous.

    However, I don't understand the limitations and do not agree with it overall. It would be nice to get some clarification.
  14. Is it due to system limitations (not allowing decreasing diff, prevents increasing the diff in turn) or a design decision?

    Incorrect. Armageddon/Hecatomb offers 2.52% F/C resist as a 3rd bonus and 5% Toxic Resis as a 6th.

    On one hand, I like the idea of it being an accolade but on the other hand we are crossing over QoL Improvement and into being lazy.
