Thanks to all who showed up, unfortunately it was a total bust, we just could not beat the combination of GW and Scirocco we would get Scirocco down to just a little bit of health and then GW would show up out of no where and kill most of the team.

Not really sure how you beat her as she seems to just be WAY overpowered.

Paragon's Super Friends and Rogue Isles Legion of Doom are two long standing SG/VG and are currently looking for new members.

Here is what we have to offer:

Mature gaming - Our players are on average 35+ years old

TeamSpeak - We have our own TeamSpeak 2 server so that it is easier to coordinate missions and for a more enjoyable game experience (No you don't have to have TS to join our SG/VG)

Variety - We play all three factions of the game, Heroic, Villain and Praetorian

Updates - We have players who keep up to date with the Official Forums and several unofficial sites to keep you up to date with the latest and greatest information about the game we love

Experience - While everybody is new to the Praetorian side of things, all of our members have several years' worth of experience on both the Heroic and Villain sides of the game

Badge Hunters - Most of our players love to badge hunt and help out others in getting their badges whether it be zone, event or mission related

Bases - We have fully functioning bases on each side of the game

Task Force / Strike Force - We love to run a TF/SF anytime that we can. We have done them all and are looking forward to doing many more, many times

Events - Who doesn't like a fun event, especially when you know that you have players you can rely on to be there and help you out

Regular Schedules - We play most nights after 8pm EST and go for about three hours each night

What we are not looking for is any person who has a negative attitude or people who are just interested in getting to level fifty as fast as they can.

What we are looking for is people who have a love of this game and wish to have fun each time that they play it. A willingness to help others and work as a team and who enjoys challenging missions and who has the time to spend a few hours or more each week dressing up in spandex and kicking butt. Being able to use TeamSpeak is optional, but really fun and adds an extra dimension to the gaming experience, however it is not necessary to join us. A mature attitude and a ability to laugh at oneself, because boy do we like to joke around.

We don't care if you are male or female or from a different planet. If what you have read intrigues you, please send me a message in game @cinkidd and let's do some teaming. If you prefer you can leave a message for me here in the forums and I will be checking back to see who would like to join our SG/VG.

Here are my bugs:

Base crash, when trying to enter a base from a portal I hard crash.

When trying to do anything regarding costumes I hard crash. This means, clicking on the menu costumes option, along with going to Icon or Face Maker.

The Veteran Reward Power "Reveal" does not reveal a new zone or if you have explored some, it will cover it back up.

I've tried going to the base twice tonight and each time the game has locked up on me.

I'm not a fan of ATI Cards, so I would switch to NVidia GTX 470 (only need one, as CoX does not take advantage of CrossFire or SLI also you can't dual monitor with either of those) get two only if you are playing other high graphic intensive games.

Go from 6GB RAM to 8GB RAM (it helps in so many other ways.)

Take some of the money you are saving from that second video card and put it toward a getting a few SSD Hard drives. AData makes great ones.

that is my starter (I currently am using one on but I also don't CrossFire or SLI) but if you want dual video cards I would get one with at least 1000w.

A dirty little secret that most people won't tell you is that sound cards are really a thing of the past (I know I will get crap for that) as most motherboards have a great built in sound card that rivals those that you could end up paying more than a $100 for. Save the money and put it some place nice like the SSDs or PSU.

One very important thing, don't buy the retail version of Windows 7 (only do this if you are comfortable doing your own Windows trouble shooting) and get the OEM version from NewEgg or other direct vendors. Win 7 Home Prem 64bit is all that you need and you will love the changes over XP and Vista.

Oh, btw there are as many computer preferences as there are butt holes in this world, just pick the build that is the least smelly to you, and don't get caught up in this is a $3500 build because next year (more like next month) your build loses $500 - $1000 in worth as the next latest and greatest hits the market.

The other day I spent a few hours creating a fun (for me at least) short (will add to it later) Arc (ID# 430205) that was inspired by William Shatner aka: Captain Kirk, Denny Crane.

I would love to get some feed back from the community on it. This is a hard Arc and has a few surprises in it.

A few things to know before taking it on:
Great for herding
Can be solo'd but better for teams
Can be played by either Heroes or Villains
Level 1-54
Custom Groups and Contact

I'm just wondering why these events could not be held a bit later in the day? Six pm Eastern time is just getting home from work, eating dinner and on and on. Let's not mention that three pm Pacific time is smack dab in the work day and the time zones in between get no love either.

I've loved every minute of this game for the past six plus years. I couldn't wait to get my first 50 it took me around eight months and that was with some serious PLing toward the end. But after that first 50, I've slowed way way way down, I play the game to have fun. I've never planned a character out till level 50, I don't look at numbers, I play what I feel is fun. Getting a new character to 50 in under a week just does not seem like fun, more like lots of tedious work that has little reward.

So in short I still play by ear, and change the character as needed along the way, or leave him and play him with his "problems" and make them part of his story.

For some reason the MA Booster and Mutant Booster pack emotes are not working for my macros. Here they are:

Here are the yes, no, okay binds that I have set up on my computer:

I have them in a .txt file named yno and saved to my c: drive all I to load them is

/bindloadfile c:\yno.txt

This will allow you to answer very quickly those pesky questions, without ever having to change you settings, just put everything to to default "ask."
