Foot stomp provides a lot of survivability on teams and with large spawns. And fire armor is fairly easy to overwhelm with damage if you don't break up alpha's.

Was looking at playing a buffing toon, but wanted to be able to leverage my buffs on to pets if need be. Also trying not to get too crazy expensive. Looking for feedback.

Are people who are complaining about the incarnate costume pieces complaining cause they dont want it in the game, or complaining cause they will have to do something to get it?

Can you somehow trick the SG logo items into writing something, by changing your SG emblem? If seems like it rewrites what ever the new logo is, instead of allowing you to say something cool.

If you're going to be a waste of space and go afk/follow with a healing power on auto, warmth is the prettiest of the aura heals, you should probably reroll as a therm.

I'm just gathering info now. My end plan is to have a fort build, a NW build and an exemping build. At lvl 44 and below I lose a lot of recharge which means I lose perma-mind link as well as rebirth.

I picked up Rebirth from destiny as an incarnate power and find that I really dont use Aid self any more, so I'm thinking about switching that and aid other out.
I've upped my diff to +4 so as to not get bored, but any time I fight a boss I'm always chasing after him while beating him down. Will confront help with bosses running away from me? -

There are 4 choices of rares, 4 choices of very rares, that's not complicated. The system is painfully simple.
I mean are the people who are getting baffled by this able to get an accolade, to craft an IO, to follow the directions to finish a task force? Do the epic power pools cause you to have a psychotic episode? I mean even for scrappers that's 4 different pools with 5 different choices. Primary powers, which can not be changed, for a mastermind fall at six, do you find that you need a spread sheet to pick one? -
Don't think of it as a penalty for picking the wrong component, think of not paying merits to sideways a component, as a reward for picking the right component. Kinda like the game gives you more rewards for making intelligent choices and less rewards for just facerolling your keyboard.

It would set all the foes to level 54, disable Temp Powers (the same ones on iTrials) and allow for Incarnate Threads to drop... and why not throw a few Astral Merits on completion.

Is the issue that too many people are running Rise to the Challenge in Pocket D, or that morons are spamming Healing Aura and Sleet?

Thanks for the advice. I think some of the squishy-ness may have come from not slotting fault enough, and I was fighting a fair amount of Longbow after spending a lot of time hero-side.
Does anyone have any improvments to make to the build?

Time and difficulty are fine. Give me a challenge, a variety of them. The wailing and gnashing of teeth over trapdoor never came from me. I love the idea of having an individual challenge as much or more as the giant "its war" trials.
It is options, flexibility, variety that is at the crux of my complaint.
Look at Alpha, it allowed you to unlock and progress solo, teamed, and on how many task forces at first? And the WST was a great idea that used the wealth of content in the game to support the new advance...
This new layer? It funnels down to one path. One realistic option.
You can earn the slots solo, you can earn them flashing back to hollows missions, you can earn them street sweeping in the shadow shard, you can earn them doorsitting while someone runs the demon farm. -

I'm having fun, if you're not, you're doing it wrong. Maybe you should take my advice about not worrying about the rewards so much, and see if that changes things. -
Why cant people just play the content and not worry about the rewards?
Don't use a spread sheet. If you're having fun playing, just play, worry about the rewards later. It's okay to make poor reward choices, you will have a lot of chances to make new ones.
