  1. -Improve "Boost Up" aka "Build Up effect" procs so that a visual graphic goes off when they go off in toggles or inherents, I often don't notice when Gaussian's goes off so I'm rarely able to take advantage of it and that's just awful, it really grinds my gears

-Give macros the same "recharging in your tray" effect that the powers attached to them have

the powers were created and balanced with a not to be used on self condition it may suck but thats how the devs want it from a balance standpoint. Traps/Rad/Dark are all excellent substitutes almost every power in those 3 are usable solo
  6. I have a fairly awesome idea for hybrid that I'm working on all the way up to VR I know it's unrealistic but I want to share it anyways, alas the text document it's in is at home so when I go home I'll dredge it up, finish it up, and post it up

In general, it makes the confuse effect much more likely to land even on just the minions

The set also packs a hefty 5% range defense bonus among other things.
When I asked that question I was seriously considering rolling up a NB/Nin, now I am certain I will be doing just that, I even have the CC proc. Now to get pl'd to level 50 so I can use it lol
  8. I thought blinding powder was a placate power you have your's slotted with the purple confuse set. Is placate just really week confuse in game mechanics like KD is to KB?

Remember though that Team Teleport is not the same as Assemble the Team. Team Teleport is a 30ft AoE version of Teleport, where Assemble the Team is a global version of Recall Friend that doesn't care where anyone is located.

Anyway if you actually have a character with TT you can create an AE mission with a mob that has Confusion as its only power, and try it.
Team teleport only teleports teammates, pets and npc allies assigned to you as a pet so I think they are right in saying it wouldn't work
  10. -If you hit an enemey with no resistance to your damage type with a - res power will it push their res into the negatives and make them take even more damage?

-If your confused and you use team teleport will it teleport your team or the enemy?

Did you get hero killing credit? lmao

  19. Ideally 10 per costume maybe have them display to the left or right of your character.
I don't knwo what kind of things would be required there to make that a reality but there so many good ones that just seem to "complete" Binder of Beasts, Honorary Monster and Incarnate are just some of the titles I'd like to have displayed at once. I'd also like to see a "Technologic God" badge introduced as well I'd robably kick incarnate off my 10 to fit it in.

KM/Willpower - KM's damage debuffs stack incredibly well with the regen in Rise to the Challenge to make enemies unable to drop this combo. Not only that, but Quick Recovery will help handle the slightly high endurance cost of the primary. Solid protection and low downtime, but, unfortunately, no bonus to damage. This won't let you kill as quickly as the other two, but you won't need to IO it to crazy extents in order for it to do a great job.

KM/Elec - While the damage aura isn't as nice as /Fire, this build offers more protection, added recharge, more steady recovery/regeneration via Energize, and a T9 that will let you stand toe to toe with an AV for its duration, and then ends with a mini-nuke. It won't be as protected as a KM/Willpower, but you'll find yourself dealing more damage and still being able to hold your own.

KM/Shield - This is the ultimate, high octane build for a KM character, in my opinion. Let's see what we've got here:
-Defense you can softcap with IO's? Check.
-Resistance for the 5% of enemy attacks you can't dodge? Check.
-Damage debuffs to lower the 5% of enemy attacks you can't dodge, effectively boosting your resistance? Check.
-Health boost so that you can take more weakened enemy punches when they DO get through your defense AND resistance? Check.
-Self damage boost in the form of Siphon Power? Check.
-Self damage boost in the form of Against All Odds, a toggle that stacks with Siphon Power to turn you into a kinetic cannon? Check.

Yep. While this combination lacks a heal, it has extremely hard hitting attacks thanks to the combination of Against All Odds and Siphon Power, and can take a major beating with the layered defenses of /Shield. Make your build to softcap defense, and then focus on recovery and recharge. If you can stand the one-handed KM animations (the shield is in the other hand), you'll have a scrapper that hits like a truck while shrugging off almost everything the game can throw its way.

KM/SR and KM/Regen are also great combos, but if I had to lay my top three down, the three I've described in detail would be my suggestion, especially KM/Shield (for those of you with deep enough pockets to give it the IO'ing it needs to become fully rounded).
Km is often described as being best for stalkers would you say KM/Shield is credible enough not to reroll as a stalker. I already Rerolled my KM/Shield brute to scrapper and Don't want to do that again.

Basically it's a jump in, use FS, and then back off to just outside of transfusion's effect range. Siphon speed doesn't help matters, especially once you've grown accustomed to keeping it double stacked and even triple stacked depending on your IO build. Suggestion for that - take hover as it will slow you down enough to have some movement control while under siphon speed effects. Hover's also good for hovering over a spawn, just outside their melee range. This lets you get all of your buffs with less risk.
Thx I think I even have hover in the build I planned out for lvl 50

No, Traps does not cut it. There is no powerset in game that properly conveys the feel of the high-tech gadgeteer hero. It is criminal that it's so hard to get lasers in a superhero game and that there is no player orbital laser attack. I want time-stopping chronofields, disintegration beams, orbital strikes, and a cruise missile attack where I do the O-portal wrist tap animation and a Tomahawk flies in and blows up everything.
Would be great for a cyborgy EAT
  25. I've never had this particular issue but I see no reason to change things to accomodate more players
